For students,the college level is a critical period for the improvement of their personal value and self-ability.In the early stage,students have a problem of decreased learning initiative,which is not conducive to their later development.Therefore,this research focuses on the improvement of learning initiative,The object of the research is the students who failed to "turn from sea to land" in D University.Two methods of questionnaire survey and interview were used in the research process.It turns out that some research objects exist.Unable to face up to the failure of "turning from sea to land",depression,vague learning goals,negative learning behaviors,and one-sided professional understanding.To solve these problems,it is necessary to use casework methods to intervene practically for the students who failed to "turn from sea to land".Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results and interview content,and the reasons are divided into three categories: "single attribution method","insufficient learning motivation" and "professional cognitive one-sided".Combine its characteristics and personality,service plans with different focuses were formulated,and three different types of "sea-to-land" failed students were involved in practical intervention to verify the effectiveness of the service plan,and to summarize and reflect on it.In order to achieve the service goal of prompting the service object to actively face the failure of "turning from sea to land",eliminate negative emotions,clarify learning goals,and fully recognize the majors they have learned to enhance learning initiative.At the same time,it is hoped that on the basis of guiding them to fully understand the navigation majors,they can also appropriately reduce the blind "sea to land" situation of other students,correct the cognitive deviation of majors,treat professional learning objectively,and strive to grow into excellent shipping talents.From the selection of service targets,case intervention services to the evaluation of effects and follow-up visits,social workers strictly follow the basic procedures of case work,but are limited by their own capabilities and provide limited assistance to service targets.Through the analysis and comparison of the results of the measurement table before and after the intervention of the social worker case service,we can verify the effectiveness of the case service in improving the learning initiative of the students who failed to "turn from sea to land".The results found that after the case service of social workers,the students who failed to "turn from sea to land" had made significant progress in attribution methods,learning motivation level,and professional cognition.Therefore,it can be said that the use of attribution theory,superior perspective theory,and cognitive behavior theory has a certain effect on improving the learning initiative of students who have failed to "turn from sea to land".This has certain reference value for solving the problem of insufficient learning initiative of college students.
