Research On Case Work Relieving Work Pressure Of Community Workers

The sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia in 2020 has brought a great impact on the study,life and normal social and economic development of the people across the country.The community is an important line of defense for external defense input and internal defense rebound,and is the first line of epidemic prevention and control.The quality of community epidemic prevention and control determines the overall effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control.As the backbone of community governance,community workers face the new crown epidemic,the urgency of public health emergencies and the complexity of the community’s own work are intertwined,which brings challenges to community workers and also creates huge work pressure for the community.To carry out work in an orderly manner,it is particularly important to pay attention to the work pressure of "community caregivers".Relieving the work pressure they face has become a content that cannot be ignored.By collecting the literature of domestic and foreign scholars,this study combed the current research status of community workers’ work pressure,combined with the background of the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,and determined the theme of community workers’ work pressure relief under the epidemic prevention and control.Guided by Community support theory,cognitive behavior theory,and empowerment theory,using the casework method,taking community workers in S Street as the research object,specifically surveying community workers in S Street through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires Work content,work stress performance and sources of stress and understand their needs.The analysis of the questionnaire shows that under normalized epidemic prevention and control,community workers in S Street are under greater work pressure,with increased psychological anxiety and worry,increased frustration and helplessness,and low sense of professional mission and identity.The psychological panic caused by the epidemic,the test of the ability of community workers by emergencies,the complicated business and multiple roles,etc.are all sources of stress for community workers.In order to solve this problem,starting from the aspects that social workers can solve,the surveyed community workers are divided into three categories: "cognitive bias","professional skills insufficiency",and "vocational planning fuzzy".Select a typical case from the three types for case intervention.According to the process of social work service,tailor case intervention plans for these three clients to solve their different problems,relieve the work pressure of community workers under epidemic prevention and control.The effect of social work intervention shows that the method of case work can more accurately alleviate the work pressure of community workers in terms of cognition and ability.Social workers can help them resolve negative emotions,link resources to improve skills,sort out work and role-play Good planning,etc.,to help them relieve work pressure and better serve the community.Finally,suggestions are made to alleviate the work pressure of community workers from the social,community,and individual levels,hoping to help community workers under normal epidemic prevention and control to relieve work pressure.
