Practical Research On Community Volunteer Cultivation

With the progress of the times,the attention of the state and the government,the rapid development of social organizations and grassroots construction,community voluntary services have also begun to show a good momentum of development.Community voluntary services can meet the needs of residents,and play an irreplaceable role in linking community resources,improving residents’ awareness of participation,and strengthening residents’ ability to participate.As an important human resource in grassroots community governance,community volunteers are an important force to promote community stability and development.At present,community volunteers play an important role in carrying out voluntary service activities and strengthening community construction.At the same time as the professional development of social work,we must also pay attention to the role and role of volunteers,actively promote the involvement of social work in the cultivation of volunteer teams,strengthen the training of community volunteers,and gradually form a relationship between social workers and community volunteers.The assistance model creates a good atmosphere of mutual assistance in the community and promotes the construction of a harmonious community.This paper studies the volunteer cultivation taking as Jinzhong City A community as an example.Under the guidance of the dominant perspective and empowerment theory,it uses a combination of questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method to analyze and study how social work intervenes in community voluntary service.Through investigation and research,we have made a basic understanding of the situation of volunteer service in the community,such as the insufficient number of community volunteers,the low willingness of community volunteers to participate in activities,and the relatively narrow community volunteer service.The specific research path is designed and analyzed.Make full and effective use of community resources,recruit volunteers,train recruited team members,carry out voluntary service practice activities,carry out service activities based on the treatment of household waste that residents are most concerned about,use group work methods and community work skills and strategies,Carrying out targeted service activities for community volunteers has finally reached the goal of forming a team of community volunteers,improving the quality of volunteers,and improving the awareness and ability of participation.Finally,summarize and reflect on the overall voluntary service activities.In the process of summarizing the practice,although the cultivation of volunteers has been somewhat effective,there are still problems in this process.We need to give full play to the collective strength of volunteers,explore the building of volunteer teams in depth,and propose from multiple perspectives.Related recommendations: increase the publicity of community volunteer activities;encourage more college student groups to enter the community;promote innovation in voluntary services;strengthen the construction of volunteer organizations.
