| Graduate students are an important part of China’s education system,as the key training of high-level talents,will be the main force of talents in all industries in the future.With the increase of research pressure of graduate students,common negative emotions are affecting the development of this group,and the social attention to graduate anxiety is still not high enough.Therefore,social worker took the academic anxiety of graduate students as a topic,conducted in-depth research on the current situation of graduate students’ academic anxiety,and tried to relieve the academic anxiety of graduate students by taking effective intervention measures.Firstly,the social worker reviewed relevant literature so as to summarize and analyse the causes and alleviating measures of graduate students’ academic anxiety.On this basis,the researcher randomly distributed the self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)questionnaire to 50 students,and used the interview method to analyze the influencing factors leading to the academic anxiety of the two graduate students.Finally,with the help of the advantage perspective and cognitive behavior theory,combined with the needs of the service object,social worker formulated an intervention plan to alleviate the anxiety of graduate students,helped them clarify the source of academic anxiety,established a correct understanding of anxiety,and learn an effective way to alleviate academic anxiety.It is found that case work intervention can effectively relieve the academic anxiety of graduate students to a certain extent.The study also showed that graduate students themselves play a decisive role in alleviating their anxiety problems.In addition,the cooperation between graduate students’ families,schools and relevant government departments also plays a positive role,which indicates that we need to pay attention to the psychological status of graduate students and promote their mental health development. |
