Employment is a very important issue in modern social life.It is the foundation of national economic development and the foundation of national stability.Employment provides the basic conditions for survival and development for individuals under the conditions of a market economy.Higher education in the late period,to improve the quality of higher education is our focus on higher education at this stage.In order to comprehensively and systematically improve the quality of higher education in China,the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)put forward a comprehensive reform of the system of educational quality evaluation and talent evaluation.The quality of employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges has been paid more and more attention by the state,society and schools,and the quality of the graduates has become an important index.Therefore,to improve the employment level of graduates,improve the quality of employment has become more and more focus on the current work of colleges and universities.At present,with the increasing competition of human resources market,the employment problem of higher vocational graduates has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.In the process of evaluating the employment of graduates in colleges and universities,the "one-off employment rate" is taken as the core index to promote the reform and development of the employment of college students.However,the "one-time employment rate" can only reflect the number of employment in a certain stage of the situation,can not make a scientific evaluation of the overall quality of employment.Therefore,we should carefully analyze the factors that affect the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges,and design a set of practical and effective factors that include the main factors influencing the quality of employment.The current educational administration provides a scientific and accurate system.In order to understand the employment status of graduates in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges,this study makes a detailed study on the employment quality evaluation system of graduates of higher vocational colleges in Hebei province.Thus,the author first through the relevant literature,the past on the quality of employment research to collect and organize,and discussed,including domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis.Secondly,according to the characteristics and actual situation of the graduates of higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province,the author evaluates the evaluation contents of the graduates' quality of employment in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province,and uses the questionnaire survey method and Delphi method to construct the evaluation system model.Thirdly,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the related mathematical calculation software,the weight of each index is determined and the final evaluation system is determined.Finally,the implementation process and suggestion of the evaluation system are briefly introduced.
