Graduate education is shouldering the task of training advanced talents to China, its education quality directly affects the realization of the goal of reinvigorating China through human resource development in our country and realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Cross major is an important part of the graduate education of postgraduate, in recent years, there is a growing group of this kind of graduate student team. To strengthen the cultivation and management of them, both to increase the quality of postgraduate education and has positive meaning to the development of graduate student himself. At the same time, this article studies will provide theoretical guidance for future research on this subject and data support.In this paper, we take the graduate student of education as the research object, and investigate the situation of the students in the form of questionnaire and interview. Through the method of literature, the author makes a preliminary understanding of this kind of graduate students, and obtains a large number of first-hand information through interviews and survey research methods. In the study also have their demands: choose professional education is based on the vision of becoming an educator; to apply what they have learned, pay close attention to and solve the problems of the education side; have achieved, and logical ability improve vision become open. Of course, there are some questions in the process of learning how to learn, how to learn, where to learn, what to learn, what is the real meaning of this profession, employment prospects,etc.. Also learning problems also not allow to ignore, education professional foundation is weak, classical education can’t read; lack of education theory and education scientific research achievement is not prominent; lack of educational practice, teaching skills should be improved; the poor state of psychological education, causing someproblems. This paper mainly from three aspects of the reasons for the above problems are described in detail. Students themselves are not the key factor, the school’s training and management is not in place is an objective factor, learning environment will also affect the effectiveness of learning. In order to solve the education cross professional master of confusion and problems in learning, we must "two pronged approach" to achieve the optimization of the learning effect. It is the most critical strategy for students to have a positive self- management. Through a variety of ways to reinforce education foundation; active in-depth education research project, enhance the level of scientific research;moderate for practice teaching, improve teaching skills, accumulate teaching experience; adjust the learning attitude, highlight learning positive energy. To study the management of human nature, pay attention to the cultivation of the graduate student of the professional master’s degree, to establish a strict learning supervision and evaluation system; to strengthen the intervention of the external environment; to strengthen the guidance of educational practice.
