Scientific research teams in colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of academic development and innovation.The development of scientific research teams is the source of strength to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.Team cooperation is increasingly becoming the main form of innovation activities of scientific research teams.It has become an irresistible trend for research teams to cooperate to solve research problems,but there are still some problems in the management of research teams in universities.From a practical point of view,leadership style has varying degrees of influence on team building.Whether the leader’s own moral quality can affect the construction and development of research team,promote the progress of scientific research and innovation activities,and improve innovation performance remains to be discussed.Based on the review and review of domestic and foreign literature on inclusive leadership and team innovation performance,this paper starts from the research situation of colleges and universities to study the relationship between inclusive leadership and the innovation performance of scientific research teams.With the error management climate as the intermediary variable,this paper further discusses the issue of inclusive leadership style and team building.This paper first reviews the concepts and structures of inclusive leadership,error management climate and team innovation performance.On this basis,based on the "input-process-output" action path proposed by IPO theory,it establishes a theoretical model of inclusive leadership,error management climate and team innovation performance in universities and puts forward the corresponding theoretical hypothesis system.The empirical analysis was carried out by means of questionnaire survey and SPSS23.0 and AMOS22.0 software,and the relevant theoretical hypotheses were tested and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.The research conclusions and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Teams of different sizes have significant differences in the dimensions of availability of inclusive leaders.With the expansion of the team size,the team members’ perception of the availability of inclusive leadership will be weakened,and the construction of the research team needs to adapt the team size.(2)By verifying the relationship model between inclusive leadership in universities and the innovation performance of research teams,it is found that the availability and accessibility of inclusive leadership in universities have a significant positive correlation with the innovation behavior and innovation ability of research teams.(3)By testing the relationship model between inclusive leadership and error management climate in colleges and universities,the relationship between inclusive leadership and error management climate in colleges and universities is obtained.The availability and accessibility of inclusive leadership in colleges and universities play a positive role in error improvement innovation,error learning,error tolerance,error communication and error analysis and resolution.(4)Through correlation analysis and structural equation test,the relationship between error management climate and innovation performance of scientific research teams is tested,and it is proved that the establishment of a good error management climate is conducive to the improvement of team innovation and innovation ability,and promote the development of innovation performance of scientific research teams.(5)A model of the relationship between the three is built based on the IPO model.Through empirical test,it is found that the error management atmosphere can play an important intermediary role in the mechanism of the inclusive leadership of universities and colleges on the innovation performance of research teams.Based on the above conclusions,the relevant measures of this paper are put forward: starting from the leaders themselves,they should pay attention to the construction of their own leadership style and strengthen the management ability of team members;In terms of error handling,it is necessary to improve the understanding,management,handling and reflection of errors in the team.In terms of team building,it is necessary to continuously pay attention to the dynamic development of the research team to stimulate the inexhaustible power of team innovation.
