| With the development of urbanization,the transformation of industrial structure and the vigorous development of market economy,the citizenization of migrant workers has gradually become an important part of promoting the construction of new urbanization.As the main body of migrant workers,the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is an important way to speed up their citizenization.At present,their labor rights and living security are often ignored in politics,economy There is a big gap with urban residents in many fields such as culture and public services.The new generation of migrant workers have formed different work values in the employment process,which affects their employment quality.This paper cultivates the work values of the new generation of migrant workers,so as to improve their employment quality,which is of great significance to promote the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.At the same time,it is also of great value to promote the construction of new urbanization and coordinate the development of urban and rural economy.Based on incentive theory,human capital theory and social exchange theory,this paper defines the related concepts of the new generation of migrant workers,work values and employment quality,through the questionnaire survey,the 216 questionnaire data collected are used SPSS25.0 regression analysis and heterogeneity analysis,combined with interview materials,to understand the employment status of the new generation of migrant workers,so as to provide countermeasures and reference for improving the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers.The results show that the six dimensions of interest orientation,working environment,internal preference,interpersonal relationship,innovation orientation and long-term development in work values have a positive impact on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,among which interest orientation has a significant positive impact on work intensity and work return;Work environment has a significant positive impact on work intensity,work security and work stability;Intrinsic preference has a significant positive impact on job return and job security;Interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on job intensity and job stability;Innovation orientation has a significant positive impact on job return;Long term development has a significant positive impact on job return,job security and job stability.Through the analysis of heterogeneity,we can know the influence of birth date,education background,working hours and employment industry on the quality of employment.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve laws and regulations,improve employment environment and promote urban integration from the perspective of government policies;From the perspective of enterprise management system,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of work values,create a good atmosphere of innovation and development,and carry out differentiated management;From the perspective of the main body of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve human capital and give play to subjective initiative,in order to provide reference for improving the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers in Kunming. |
