Since the reform and opening up,a large number of rural surplus labor force has been moved to the city from the countryside,so it has created a group of migrant workers,which has become an important force in China’s economic development.With the emergence of intergenerational differentiation of rural migrant workers,new generation of migrant workers as a new force to dominate the migrant workers,but in the context of today’s society,because itself has certain limitation,lack of professional technology,make its employment quality is low.Especially in the impact of the financial crisis in 2008,the employment situation is even more severe,which makes the problem of“migrant workers shortage”,which is already more serious,difficult for migrant workers and enterprises.In addition to the reality of the imbalance between supply and demand in the job market,the lack of employment skills of most migrant workers is the main sticking point of these two social problems.Migrant workers employment training project is the entry point to solve the problem of the two,from the long-term development strategy in our country,this project is for the storage of human capital in our country,to achieve industrial upgrading,and the way to solve the problem of“Three agricultural”problem of peasants.Base on this,this article around the“new generation migrant worker employment training quality in Anhui province”,a survey analysis,the model of service quality is constructed to establish quality indicators,and using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to explore the related factors affecting the quality of employment in anhui province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the problem and sorts out the relevant research results to find out the breakthrough of this research.Second,according to the research object,define relevant concepts and review relevant theories;Thirdly,based on the survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of the employme-nt training of the new generation of migrant workers in anhui province and the curren-t situation of the quality of the new generation of migrant workers,employment traini-ng.The research shows that there is a new generation of migrant workers whose cult-ural quality is not high and their professional skills are weak.The government’s impo-rtance to the employment training of migrant workers needs to needs to be improved;The lack of professional teachers in training institutions and other problems;Fourthly,combining the results of questionnaire survey,through service quality model and multi-ple regression model,the influence factors of the new generation of migrant workers,employment training quality are quantified;Fifth,based on the previous analysis result-s,found that the principal part of three elements,and then extended to four elements in-cluding enterprises,the problems of the new generation of migrant workers,employm-ent training quality are found from the perspective of“four elements”.Finally,some su-ggestions are put forward to improve the training quality of the new generation of migrant workers.
