Research On The Influence Of Employment Quality On The Citizenization Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

China’s urbanization has entered a new stage of human centered urbanization.The citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers is an important part of promoting the construction of new urbanization and a major strategic measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way.While the new generation of migrant workers make contributions to urban social and economic development,their labor rights and living security are often ignored,and there is a big gap between them and urban residents in many fields such as politics,economy and public services.The slow citizenization process of the new generation of migrant workers is not only not conducive to the transfer of rural labor,but also not conducive to social harmony and stability.The quality of employment is an important way to accelerate the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.The higher the quality of employment,the stronger the degree of citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.Therefore,from the perspective of employment quality,it is of great significance to study the impact of employment quality on the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers for promoting the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers,as well as for promoting the construction of new urbanization and coordinating urban and rural economic development.Based on human capital theory,public service theory,"push-pull" theory and Maslow’s demand theory,this paper defines the related concepts of employment quality,new generation of migrant workers and Citizenization of migrant workers,and analyzes the collected data by binary logistic regression model through questionnaire survey.The results show that there are10 factors affecting the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers in the quality of employment,which are the nature of the employment unit,income level,labor intensity,social insurance,living conditions,labor safety protection,job stability,promotion space,social status and interpersonal relationship.These factors have a significant impact on the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers,and are basically consistent with the research hypothesis of this paper.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers:improve the working conditions of the new generation of migrant workers,protect the labor rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers,improve the career development space of the new generation of migrant workers,and build a harmonious labor relationship.
