Study On The Influence Of Vocational Training On The Employment Quality Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The employment quality of migrant workers is a very important part of their employment problem.The employment quality of migrant workers not only affects their living conditions,but also influences the development of urbanization and social stability.As the core of the equipment manufacturing industry,zhejiang high-end equipment manufacturing industry has absorbed a large number of the new generation of migrant workers.With the development of the industry,the occupational skills of employees are constantly improved,and the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers may also be greatly affected,and the improvement of their employment quality is conducive to the development of the industry.On the basis of a lot of reading literature,this paper defines relevant concepts,and select the European foundation quality measurement index system of employment,in the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in zhejiang province on-the-spot investigation,and based on the questionnaire data,according to the European foundation for employment quality measurement index system of four dimensions,thirteen secondary indicators,using principal component analysis to determine the index weight method to calculate the individual comprehensive quality score of employment,to census register seat,gender,age,political affiliation,level of education and job types for classification basis,of different categories of new generation of migrant workers employment quality is analyzed,Then,empirical analysis is made on the impact of vocational training on employment quality.Finally,case analysis is carried out through interview survey to further understand the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.The conclusion shows that the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers with different registered permanent residence is different.The employment quality of migrant workers with registered permanent residence is lower in the western region,higher in the central region,and highest in the eastern region.The employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers in different age groups is different.The employment quality of those under twenty years old is the lowest,the employment quality of those between twenty and twenty-nine years old is slightly higher,and the employment quality of those between thirty and thirty-nine years old is the highest.Among the new generation of migrant workers,the quality of employment of women is slightly higher than that of men The employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers with different education levels varies greatly,and the employment quality increases from middle school to high school to college and above.Taking part in vocational training has a significant positive impact on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.Employment skill training and job skill training have a significant positive impact on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,and the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers who have participated in employment skill training and job skill training has improved accordingly.The new generation of migrant workers,on the other hand,are poorly trained in vocational skills.Based on the above analysis results,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,including standardizing the management system of enterprises and carrying out vocational training for employees.The new generation of migrant workers set up a correct professional concept,to protect their legitimate rights and interests;The government has improved the social security system and strengthened vocational skills training.
