The new urbanization is underway,and the good momentum of development has attracted a large number of rural surplus labor force to participate in the construction of new towns.Whether the new generation of migrant workers are employed fully and with high quality is the basis for the healthy and stable development of the city.Therefore,the new generation of migrant workers need not only full employment but also high-quality employment.Scientifically and reasonably evaluating the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is helpful to grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the employment quality of the entire new generation of migrant workers and to put forward constructive suggestions for improving their employment quality.Based on this,the main research contents of the article are as follows:First of all,the new generation of migrant workers employment quality is established as the research goal.Based on the existing theories of labor market segmentation and human capital investment,this paper defines the connotation of the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.Referring to the research results of existing literatures,the evaluation factors of employment quality are preliminarily selected.The selected evaluation factors were sorted out and designed into a questionnaire,which was distributed to representative employers and experts in different regions and industries in Jinan.After two rounds of questionnaires and screening,the evaluation index of the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers was finally determined based on the scores of the importance of each evaluation factor.Secondly,the evaluation model of the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is constructed.SPSS 24.0 is used to factor analyze the evaluation factors obtained from the survey and obtain the secondary indicators of the employment quality evaluation of the new generation of migrant workers.Construct a new generation of migrant workers' employment quality evaluation system that includes 5 first-level indicators of working environment,working conditions,employment security,organization and management,and employment satisfaction and 24 second-level indicators.AHP is used to establish a hierarchical structure model and preliminarily determine the weight of each index,and the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is comprehensively evaluated by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the new generation of migrant workers in Jinan is selected as the research sample for empirical analysis.The employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is evaluated by using the established employment quality evaluation model.And we objectively analyze the evaluation results.according to the current quality of employment,the government,employers and the new generation of migrant workers " trinity" strategy for improving the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers is formulated.
