| With the implementation of the new curriculum reform in recent years,the traditional teaching organization and teaching methods can not fully adapt to the reform of the new textbooks.The new curriculum standard proposes that teachers should take students as the main body of education and teaching activities when carrying out education and teaching activities,and guide students to find problems,explore problems and solve problems independently.Teachers should respect the individual differences of students as the premise,design teaching tasks and plans on this basis,meet the personalized development needs of different types and levels of students,and strive to create a more favorable learning and living environment for each student,so as to promote the all-round development of students.Therefore,the author explores and puts forward the "inquiry and discovery" education and teaching model,which can well transform the roles of teachers and students,change students from passive acceptance in the past to active learning,constantly mobilize students’ enthusiasm,and improve students’ interest in learning.In the "inquiry and discovery" education and teaching mode,teachers first give guidance to students on how to learn independently,how to find problems actively in learning,how to explore and study the problem,and finally solve the problem by themselves.This can help and train students to form their own thinking mode,and is more conducive to improving students’ comprehensive learning ability.This strategy study takes the first year senior high school students enrolled in the autumn of 2020 as the main research object,the two different classes led by the author as the main body,the educational practice method as the main research method,and the case analysis method,the experience summary method and the questionnaire survey method as the auxiliary methods to explore and study the new education mode.After a semester of discussion and research,the author boldly applied the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy to high school Chinese teaching,publicized the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy,and let teachers in the same lesson preparation group and even the same teaching and research office have a basic understanding of the supporting concept,teaching reform objectives,classroom characteristics,teaching processes and operating principles of this mode,and can try to combine subject characteristics in the next teaching,Under the premise that the big model remains unchanged,it should be appropriately reformed or improved in order to be more suitable for the teaching practice of various disciplines.The author made a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect of the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy,which is a teaching concept more suitable for the all-round development of students than the traditional teaching method under the background of the implementation of the new curriculum reform.In the process of implementing the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy,students can not only improve their ability to learn independently,but also develop good learning habits in the process of discovering,exploring and solving problems,constantly improve learning efficiency and stimulate their potential.It can also help students form the spiritual qualities of unity and cooperation,being willing to help others,being good at thinking and fearing difficulties,At the same time,the author summarizes and analyzes some problems found in teachers and students during the implementation of this teaching strategy,and proposes future research ideas.Teachers must fully do a good job in the psychological work of students and parents before implementing this teaching strategy,so that they can truly understand the purpose and significance of Teachers’ implementation of the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy.Teachers should also constantly improve their comprehensive quality,patiently explain and analyze the problems raised by students correctly,and help students grow,while teachers should also grow.In the process of implementing the "inquiry and discovery" teaching strategy,because of the large class size,teachers can not fully understand and master the situation of all students.If they do not understand the psychological state and learning situation of students at a certain stage,teachers can not formulate corresponding implementation measures.Therefore,they need to think and analyze more deeply in future research. |
