| In the face of the deep and abstract learning dilemma of senior high school functions,the new high school students’ interest in mathematics is generally not high,their logical thinking ability is insufficient,and their review methods are lagging behind.Mind mapping,as a note taking tool and thinking tool for storing,organizing and optimizing information,has gradually emerged in recent years and is an effective way of thinking for developing the brain.For this reason,this paper conducts a research on the application of mind mapping in the function review class of Senior One in order to optimize the mathematics classroom,cultivate students’ thinking ability,improve students’ learning difficulties,and enrich the theory of mind mapping mathematics teaching.This paper defines mind mapping,function content and mathematics review course,briefly explains the essence,drawing,evaluation criteria and basic theory of mind mapping,and discusses the research gap and development status of mind mapping in teaching at home and abroad.Taking the review lesson as the starting point,this paper puts forward the review mode of knowledge induction exercise promotion by using mind map and the teaching strategy of drawing,evaluating,improving and applying,which is also the innovation of this paper.In order to more specifically summarize the application strategies of mind mapping,this paper takes one or two parallel classes in senior high school as the experimental objects,selects the function content of the first semester of senior high school as the experimental content,carries out teaching practice activities for three months and summarizes experience.Qualitative and quantitative research is carried out in combination with student interviews,pre and post questionnaires,pre and post test papers and other research methods.Explore whether the teaching mode and strategy of using mind map review are effective,how about the teaching effect,whether it has a positive effect on students’ mathematical interest,knowledge mastery,thinking cognition,and what impact it has on teachers.The results show that:(1)The application of mind mapping in mathematics review class is carried out in the mode of knowledge induction exercise promotion,and the teaching activities of drawing,evaluating,improving and using mind mapping are very effective,(2)The new review method plays a positive role in all aspects of students’ learning interest,knowledge mastery,thinking and cognition,but only by long-term persistence can students truly master it;(3)The review teaching of mind map helps teachers improve teaching level,improve teaching methods and enrich teaching evaluation standards. |
