| China’s vocational education is facing a new situation,the 19 th National Congress report on the development of vocational education recognition and affirmation,for the development of vocational education has brought new opportunities,the modern vocational school vocational guidance work has given a new connotation,and put forward a new requirement of the times,requiring vocational schools to firmly grasp the development of services,promote employment direction,adhere to the integration of production and education,engineering integration,school-enterprise cooperation,knowledge and practice of the staff,these are the teaching and research posts of secondary vocational schools of higher quality and higher requirements.In particular,the reform of teaching and the change of personnel training model put forward that in order to achieve high quality and diversity in the construction of teachers’ ranks in secondary vocational schools,teachers in secondary vocational colleges must change their ideas and pay attention to knowledge renewal in time.As an important link in the construction of teachers’ ranks,more attention needs to be paid to them.In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational teaching teachers,in recent years,secondary vocational schools pay more attention to teaching,staff performance appraisal,but also gradually improve the relevant assessment system and programs.However,there are still some shortcomings that need to be solved.This paper takes the performance management situation of M vocational and technical school as the research object,introduces the research and analysis of M vocational and technical school in this problem by domestic and foreign researchers comprehensively,analyzes the existing performance management situation of M vocational and technical school,analyzes the necessity and premise of applying OKR in the performance management of M vocational and technical school in teaching position,constructs the index based on OKR method,and relies on delphi method to determine the weight index.After completing the assessment team teaching posts,the staff appraisal system is set up,so as to make the performance score more reasonable and according to the score situation to complete the grade confirmation,and finally discussed the performance of the teaching staff based on OKR performance stream management safeguards. |
