Study On Social Work Intervention Of Sexual Safety Education For Migrant Children

With the acceleration of urbanization,the proportion of floating children entering urban life with their parents is increasing year by year.They live with their parents in "villages in cities" or poor public security management,living in a complex environment.After entering puberty,they are faced with physical and psychological changes.After entering puberty,they are faced with physical and psychological changes,and the absence of sex education in family and school makes adolescent migrant children lack the ability to distinguish right from wrong and prevent sexual assault,and face sexual safety risks.In order to improve the safety coefficient of Migrant children and enable them to grow up healthily and happily,the author decided to intervene in the study of this problem from the perspective of social work.Based on the study of adolescent migrant children in H school,through questionnaire,interview,literature,observation and other methods,the author adopts community education in community work method to intervene in the safety education of migrant children in this school.This intervention service designed five activities,namely "know my body "," happy to meet puberty physiology "," happy to meet puberty psychology "," we are all equal "," I will protect myself".At the end of the activity,it was found,the cognitive ability of mobile children involved in activities in basic physiological knowledge of human body,adolescent changes,gender equality and prevention of sexual abuse has been greatly improved,and the effect of service intervention is good.But at the same time,there are some problems,such as the small benefits,the insecurity of service continuity,the low participation of teachers and parents,and the need to improve the professional ability of social workers.At the end of the article,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current situation of children’s safety education in adolescence from three aspects: at the family level,give play to the main role of the family in sexual safety education;at the school level,we should attach importance to the status of morality and rule of law,enhance the level of sexual safety education of school teachers;at the social work level,enhance the professional skills of social workers and play the role of resource linker and policy influencer.
