| In the new era,we embrace the bright prospect of realizing the great renewal of the Chinese nation and embark on a new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist country.As the future builders and successors of the socialist cause,the educational problems of primary and secondary school students have attracted wide attention.Primary and secondary school education is the key period for students to establish cultural knowledge and form values.As their teaching subjects,primary and secondary school teachers have always been the focus group.Education is the basis of talent training,and teachers are the core of education development.High-quality education depends on the construction of teachers.The current situation of teachers is more related to the future of education development.In the new period,the Ministry of Education puts forward new requirements and standards for primary and secondary school teachers.But at the same time,some elementary and middle school teachers’ behavior also caused people to think deeply.This thesis expounds the ethics of primary and secondary school teachers by using multidisciplinary knowledge such as ethics and pedagogy.Starting with the ethical relations involved in primary and secondary school teachers,this thesis analyzes the four ethical relations between teachers and students,teachers and parents,teachers and schools,teachers and the country,and tries to discuss the moral requirements that each element should abide by in the corresponding ethical relations.On the one hand,the teachers of primary and secondary schools are in good condition,and most of the teachers of primary and secondary schools make positive progress and love the educational cause of the party.However,due to the rapid economic development and the influence of multiculturalism,teachers’ values and psychological states have changed,and some bad thoughts of thought have impacted the hearts of primary and secondary school teachers.Some primary and secondary school teachers have a variety of unruly problems,such as the desertification and utilitarianism of teacher-student relationship,imperiousness of teaching style,neglect of teamwork,lack of responsibility and other problems,which lead to the frequent occurrence of some incidents that break the bottom line,and these problems seriously affect the development of teachers’ morality.Based on the present situation,this thesis summarizes the problems existing in the practice of primary and secondary school teachers.In view of these problems,from the teachers and students,parents,schools,country four aspects,from the perspective of ethics,put forward the corresponding adjustment strategies.In the ethical relationship between teachers and students,it is suggested that teachers should set up the correct view of students,improve teachers’ emotional cultivation and use the combination of legal adjustment and moral adjustment.In the ethical relationship between teachers and parents,it is proposed that teachers and parents should establish a cooperative partnership,and teachers should help parents to set up correct educational views and establish teachers’ educational authority.In the relation between teachers and school ethics,it is suggested that teachers should improve the level of professional ethics,achieve the unification of competition and cooperation,and establish a democratic management system.In the ethical relationship between teachers and the state,we should strengthen teachers’ ideals and beliefs,enhance their awareness of social responsibility and improve the supervision system,and jointly promote the promotion of primary and secondary school teachers from multiple perspectives. |
