| With the rapid development of social economy in my country,the dual social structure of urban and rural areas has become more and more prominent.A large number of young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas have left their hometowns to work in cities in order to improve family economic conditions.However,restricted by multiple factors such as household registration and family environment,their children can only stay Relatives and friends supervise them in their hometowns,resulting in a large number of left-behind children.In recent years,there have been frequent safety accidents of left-behind children,which not only affects their healthy and safe growth,but also is not conducive to the stable development of society.This article takes the left-behind children in grades 4-6 of X primary school as the research object.Firstly,using questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,the current situation of 128 left-behind children in grades 4-6 is investigated and analyzed,and it is found that X primary school 4-6 48.1% of the left-behind children in grades have poor safety awareness.Among them,12.5% of the left-behind children have very weak safety awareness,and the number of people with high safety awareness is less than 1/4 of the total.Secondly,analyze the causes of the safety of left-behind children from four factors: individual,family,school,and society.Then,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Bandura’s social learning theory,a group activity plan for this study was formulated.Finally,12 left-behind children with relatively weak safety awareness were selected as the intervention targets,and 7 group activities were carried out on the themes of traffic safety,fire safety,food safety,prevention of drowning,prevention of abduction and fraud,and these activities were conducted after the end of the group activities.The effect of the second intervention was evaluated.According to the results of the comparison of the scores of the before and after measurement tables,83.3% of the 12 left-behind children participating in the safety education team have raised their safety awareness to 80 points and above,which has been greatly improved.Therefore,applying the concepts and methods of group work to solving the safety problems of left-behind children can promote them to establish correct safety concepts,enhance safety awareness,enrich safety knowledge,and improve safety skills.Group work is an effective and feasible way to help left-behind children solve safety problems.However,based on the intervention of group work,in order to completely solve the safety problems of left-behind children from the root and meet the safety needs of left-behind children,in addition to giving full play to the advantages of social work to carry out social services,it also requires the active participation of all parties in the society,including: Improve the quality of family guardianship,strengthen the popularization of school safety education courses,and create a good social atmosphere. |
