| With the further development of teacher specialization,the position of teacher as researcher has been widely recognized by people.As an important part of teachers’ scientific research literacy,teachers’ scientific research paper writing quality has been highly valued by people.This study intends to conduct research on the writing quality of kindergarten teachers’ educational scientific research papers,which is of great significance for improving the overall level of kindergarten teachers’ scientific research quality and promoting their individual professional development.In this study,kindergarten teachers in S City,Jiangsu Province were selected as the research object,and 209 papers were selected from the 1308 participating papers in G District,S City for text analysis by the method of stratified sampling and random sampling.Then,13 teachers were selected from the text analysis for in-depth interview by the method of convenience sampling and purpose sampling.Combined with literature method,text analysis method and interview survey method,this paper investigates the status quo of kindergarten teachers’ scientific research paper writing literacy from four dimensions: their awareness of scientific research paper writing,knowledge of scientific research paper writing,scientific research paper writing ability and scientific research paper writing ethics,and then analyzes and expounds their existing problems,causes and improvement strategies.The results show that the district kindergarten teachers scientific research paper writing literacy presents the general characteristics are: kindergarten teachers scientific research paper writing attitude positive,paper topic fit teaching practice,reflection consciousness in gradually enhanced,the number of papers rich results,paper writing environment has a certain guarantee,teachers in the practice level and consciousness level there are many contradictions.However,kindergarten teachers still have problems in writing scientific research papers.Based on the findings of the study,the researchers aim to analyze the factors that affect the writing quality of scientific research papers from the combination of teachers’ internal environment and external environment.At the level of educational authorities,the "banding" management style increases the burden of teachers.The imperfect evaluation system can not guide teachers to pay attention to the real value of scientific research papers.At the kindergarten level,kindergartens ignore the evaluation system of the research process,leading to the utilitarian research results;The formalism of kindergarten scientific research support lacks substantive guidance;Kindergartens lack cooperative consciousness and poor scientific research atmosphere;Although the kindergarten is organized and led,but the effect is general;Kindergarten leaders play a leading role,but are influenced by their scientific research concepts and leading consciousness.In kindergarten teachers,the initiative of scientific research is poor,the lack of scientific research paper writing consciousness;Teachers’ professional identity is mainly external value identity,and the consciousness of independent development is poor.Teachers recognize the value of research papers,but it is affected by professional development stage;Teachers have a strong sense of writing scientific research papers,but their motivation is utilitarian.Teachers have the enthusiasm to participate in research,but easy to be afraid of difficulties.Finally,based on three theoretical bases,this study combines the "bottom-up" "internal awakening" and the "top-down" "external ecological" support,and puts forward the improvement strategy from the macro and micro aspects.From the macro level,it emphasizes that departments at all levels should clarify their own functions and give full play to the role of "uploading and transmitting".Before service,we should attach importance to the systematic cultivation of positive scientific research mentality of preschool normal university students;In the post-service training,the writing level of teachers’ scientific research papers is accurately analyzed,and training is carried out according to the actual needs of individuals;Optimize teacher incentive mechanism and scientific research management system,mold positive scientific research field culture and combine internal and external favorable resources,and innovate research forms.From the micro level,it emphasizes that teachers should strengthen their own learning and form a systematic knowledge ability system.It is necessary to establish the idea of writing scientific research papers and cultivate teachers’ writing habits.We should attach importance to the role of key events in the process of teachers’ scientific research.Every teacher should be encouraged to participate in scientific research to stimulate teachers’ professional identity and sense of belonging;Pay attention to the actual needs and psychological conditions of teachers at each stage of professional development,and formulate the thesis writing plan and provide writing guidance according to the actual situation. |
