In the context of the Novel coronavirus epidemic,urban community employment is a new work content concerned by the domestic social engineering community at present.It is of great significance to help urban community unemployed people achieve better "precision" employment during the epidemic period,and better help urban community unemployed people achieve the "precision" "employment" goal.In the process of helping urban community employment personnel complete employment,social work values,professional methods,and thinking perspectives can play a role in supplementing employment policies,providing a better working environment for laid-off workers in urban communities,and playing a crucial role in promoting economic development and social stability.Community employment,as a new type of social work content,has become an urgent demand for employment services for the unemployed in this crisis.Therefore,based on the empowerment theory,this article applies group work to intervene in urban community employment.Taking the J community employment population employment ability improvement work group in Sanya City as a case study,based on the team’s workflow and achievements,this article explores the ways and directions for improving the employment ability of the urban community employment population in three aspects: enhancing the employment ability of the team,integrating employment and entrepreneurship resources,and cultivating employment and entrepreneurship ability.I hope to solve the employment difficulties faced by the community employment population,provide ways and means to enhance their employability,and provide experience and reference for the practice and exploration of improving the employability of urban community employment population in China.
