| With the rapid development of urban economy,more and more migrant workers choose to work in cities.Due to the restrictions of urban and rural household registration system,coupled with the high consumption in cities,migrant workers cannot take their children with them when they work in cities,so a group of rural left-behind children are formed.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of safety accidents of rural left-behind children has aroused people’s attention to the safety of rural left-behind children.The safety of rural left-behind children is not only related to individuals,but also related to families,schools and society,so it is very important to increase the safety education of rural left-behind children.During the internship in the social work station of f affiliated primary school in x City,social workers found that 90%of the primary school were rural left-behind children.Through contact with rural left-behind children and teachers,they found that there were many safety risks in the rural left-behind children of this school.Social workers conducted safety awareness assessment on the rural left-behind children of f affiliated primary school.Besides,we interviewed rural left-behind children,parents and teachers respectively,and found out the existing problems and service needs in the safety education of rural left-behind children in the primary school affiliated to f.In order to enhance the safety awareness of rural left-behind children in the primary school affiliated to F and increase their safety skills,social workers based on ecosystem theory and social learning theory.The method of group work in social work is used to intervene in the safety education of rural left-behind children.The content of safety education for rural left-behind children involves traffic safety,food safety,drowning safety,campus safety,anti-abduction safety,disaster prevention and safety education.In the practical part of this paper,the process of each group activity is recorded and analyzed,and evaluated.The results show that based on social learning theory and ecosystem theory,multiple linkage support,the application of group work method,and the establishment of good trust relationship between social workers and rural left-behind children directly affect the effect of safety education for rural left-behind children.Then,the social workers summarized,reflected and suggested the research.They believed that there were still some problems in the safety education of rural left-behind children,such as lack of effective linkage mechanism,lack of system in the content of safety education for rural left-behind children,lack of continuous follow-up and return visit in the intervention of group work.Finally,social workers put forward suggestions to strengthen the safety education of left-behind children in rural areas:first,social workers should strengthen learning and practice to improve professional practice ability;Second,strengthen the construction of school social work station,recruit excellent social workers;Third,establish the effective mechanism of"home-school community" collaborative education;Fourth,improve the content of safety education for left-behind children in rural areas,and enrich the methods of intervention. |
