| Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,a large number of young and middle-aged laborers in China have moved to cities,resulting in an increasingly large group of children left behind in rural areas.According to statistics released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China,by the end of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,there were about 6.436 million rural left-behind children in China,and 96% of the rural left-behind children were taken care of by their grandparents or grandparents.Due to the lack of parental supervision,insufficient supervision by inter generational guardians,and lack of life safety education for rural left-behind children,safety accidents of rural left-behind children have emerged one after another,and the issue of life safety of children highlighted by this group has once again aroused social concern.This paper will investigate and analyze the problems of life safety education for rural left-behind children in N district of S city from the perspective of social work,and understand the basic situation of life safety education for rural left-behind children through the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and unstructured interview.After the corresponding investigation and evaluation,it was found that rural left-behind children in N district have weak life safety awareness and insufficient mastery of relevant safety skills;low life safety education ability of guardians;and less external social support.In response to the problems and needs of this group in life safety education,the author adopted the group work method,combined with social work theoretical knowledge,designed a corresponding group activity program,and flexibly used professional skills to provide professional services for rural left-behind children,so as to awaken the life safety awareness of rural left-behind children,improve the safety ability of rural left-behind children,and complement and expand their missing life safety education.In this way,we can awaken the life safety awareness of rural children left behind,enhance their safety ability,and complement and expand the missing life safety education,so that the life of each rural child left behind can develop healthily,harmoniously and peacefully.In addition,by linking relevant social resources to support life safety education for rural left-behind children,we will enhance the understanding and attention of the community to life safety education for rural left-behind children.At the same time,we explore the effective ways and innovations of non-formal education to help life safety education for rural left-behind children,and provide practical experience for life safety education for rural left-behind children. |
