| With the growing prosperity of the domestic economy,people’s living standards are gradually improved,and the concept of consumption is constantly upgraded.More and more families are turning their investment to their children’s education,and the rate of increase is getting faster.In the era of "Internet +",the rise of online education,the rise of the dual-teacher model of "live broadcasting + tutoring",and the enrollment scale of public schools in the education industry is expanding day by day.These factors make private education face more complex and changeable external market competition.For the healthy and long-term development of private education,it is necessary to rely on scientific human resource management,especially effective training of internal staff,improve teachers’ teaching ability through training to calmly cope with external challenges,and then build a teacher team capable of training successors in line with the new era.In this paper,LK Education Group is taken as the research object,and theories such as Kirkpatrick model,Learning organization theory and Knowles adult learning theory are used to analyze it.Feedback data of employees on current training programs are collected through interviews,questionnaires and other methods to study its training system.First of all,in combination with domestic and foreign theoretical researches related to training,the current status of the private education industry is understood,and the organizational structure,human resources status of LK Education Group and its current staff training system are analyzed.Secondly,by referring to the human resource management concepts at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems of LK Education Group,such as lack of targeted training demand analysis,lack of leadership attention,and lack of perfect training plan,and according to the problems,the right medicine is applied.Then,a comprehensive analysis is carried out from the training organization system level,training course system level,training process system three levels of research,to find some existing deficiencies.Finally,based on the literature,the optimization research of LK Education Group’s teacher training system is carried out,and the protective strategies are put forward.The conclusion of this paper lays a good human resource foundation for the long-term development strategy of LK Education Group and promotes the cultivation of talents.At the same time,this study is a helpful supplement to the research content of teacher training in private schools,and further enriched the relevant theoretical research on teacher training in the education industry.In addition,the optimization plan proposed in this study is helpful to promote the construction of high-quality teacher team of LK Education Group and realize the long-term strategic goal of development of LK Education Group.Meanwhile,it also has certain reference value and practical enlightenment for teacher training of other private schools. |
