| As the next-generation information technology,such as cloud computer,big data,Iot,and AI,is skyrocketing,China’s smart education,under the wing of national support,is bracing new opportunities.Facing the increasing complex economic backdrop,every player of smart education has to think about the challenge: How to upgrade the information technology and keep sustainable development.The human resources are the bedrock of competitiveness for one company,and further,the added value of human resources have to rely on the training.Therefore,how to optimize the training system has become a must-study topic.VC is one player in the smart education.This thesis targets on the training system of VC’s employers.With the approaches,including questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,and interviews,the author delved into the problems of the training system and relevant hidden reasons.Through the study,four problems were found and they are: 1)incomplete training and management system;2)lack of lecturer;3)outdated curriculum;4)incomplete training procedure.The covered reasons involve less attention on training,ignorance of adults’ feature of learning,lack of input of resources,and so forth.In order to resolving these prominent problems of training system,this thesis proposes some measures,such as restructure the training organization,improve the quality of personnel serving the training organization,clear the internal growth path for trainers,improve the process of course development,and optimize the analysis of training demand.Therefore,the thesis proposes inputs from organization,mechanism,and resources.Hopefully,by the above resolution,the effect of training will be improved,and the ability of employers will be upgraded,and the core competitiveness of VC will be strengthened.Meanwhile,via the case of VC’s practice and summary,we expect some lessons will offer referential values to companies like VC in respect of employer’s training system. |
