Study On Influencing Factors Of Child Care Service For0-3 Years Old Infants

On January 1,2016,in order to reverse the downward trend of the number of newly born population and ensure the guarantee of economic development,China adjusted the family planning policy to the open "universal two-child policy".After the implementation of the policy,the population increased temporarily,but soon returned to the downward trend.By 2021,the natural population growth rate drops to only0.34‰.Therefore,in order to promote the growth of the newly born population,the family planning policy will be adjusted again in August 2021 to implement the universal three-child policy.This adjustment will be accompanied by a number of relevant welfare policies to ensure the expected effect of the universal three-child policy.As a result,the number of new births in China is expected to increase.However according to the data published by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2023,the population growth rate still dropped to-0.6 per thousand due to the epidemic.China has always had the concept and habit of family rearing,but along with the improvement of living standards,the way of infant care is also changing,and the demand for infant care is increasing.However,the industry started late in China,the development speed is slow,and there is a serious mismatch between supply and demand.It is estimated that by 2035,the demand for infant care under the age of 3will exceed 4 million.So currently,the service level of care needs to be improved.Therefore,we want to explore the factors which influence the demand for childcare by studying the parents of infants aged 0-3 years old,so as to put forward suggestions and suggestions for China’s childcare industry and promote the standardized development of China’s childcare industry.After reading and summarizing lots of previous relevant literature,we selects 18 variables that may have an impact on the demand for childcare,such as mother’s age and mother’s monthly income.Firstly,it conducts a survey on the parents of infants aged 0-3 by means of questionnaire to obtain the required data,and then establishes a binary Logit regression model to probe into factors which will have obvious significance on the demand for family childcare.According to the results,we know that the monthly income of the mother,the age of the mother,the age of the child,the urban and rural and community guidance were significant.Then,the durability of the regression results was verified by replacing regression methods(stepdown method,Probit regression,linear regression).The three durability verification methods all showed that our regression results were absolutely reliable.After the verification,the differences of the above 5 significant variables were analyzed by city,country,region and mother age,and the differences of the above 5 significant variables in different samples were explored.After combining all the above research conclusions,relevant conclusions were drawn,which showed that among the factors affecting the demand for childcare,the variables related to mothers had the greatest impact.Secondly,the influence of community guidance is also significant.The age of children also has an effect,but the variables in families with different living standards of residents and mothers of different ages are different.Summarizing the above conclusions,we put forward some relevant policy suggestions: to improve the professionalism of nursing institutions and realize accurate nursing;Increase community building,convey the importance of early childhood education,and increase the involvement of fathers in the development of children;Improve the living standard of Chinese residents,especially women’s work welfare;It is a policy suggestion to improve the supervision mechanism of childcare institutions and promote the standardized development of childcare institutions.On the basis of clarifying the basic situation of the development of childcare in China,we obtained the data through the online survey of the parents of infants aged0-3,and then established the binary Logit regression model to analyze the differences by region and age group.Basing on all the above conclusions,we come up with some policy suggestions,wishing to help enhance the level of childcare service in China through this study.To promote the standardization of the development of Chinese care service industry.
