Study On The Application Of Motivational Interview In The Correction Of Drug Abuse Behaviors Of Delinquent Minors

Under the background of social development in economic transformation,minors are affected by social culture,and their ideas are constantly updated,which makes them more susceptible to the invasion of bad culture.In June 2021,the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Law on the Protection of Juvenile Delinqu Ency were revised and implemented,and the prevention and protection of juvenile delinquency has gradually become the focus of social attention.In order to improve the drug abuse problem of minors involved in crime,enhance their awareness of change,adhering to the concept of helping people and self-help,with professional technical methods to join the social work force has become the due intention.In order to improve the drug abuse status of minors involved in crime and prevent recidivism,this paper explores a case Y in the process of research practice in Institution L,and conducts case studies by means of semi-structured interview,literature research and participatory observation,to explore the specific intervention strategies and effects of motivational interview in improving the drug abuse status of minors involved in crime.The first part of this paper is the introduction,mainly through literature review,practice exploration and other ways to analyze the causes of drug abuse of minors involved in the research background,research significance,research issues,research methods and research ethics were discussed.The second part is the practical intervention process of the case,which mainly adopts the method of case study to further analyze the effect of motivational interview on improving drug abuse and addiction.Combined with the theoretical model of the wheel of change,it tries to sort out the intervention procedure and work focus from the ignorant period to the end period and even to the relapse period,so as to help the client improve the consciousness of change and change the bad behavior.And evaluate the process and results.The third part is the research conclusion and reflection,including the reflection of theory and practice.It is found that motivational interview is effective in arousing the change of consciousness and behavior of the target,and can respond to the deep social integration and self-development needs of minors involved in crime.First of all,we should pay attention to the improvement of the core mechanism and straighten out the internal application logic of the wheel of change.The second is to create motivation for change,and the third is to tap into the strength of the support system that underpins the persistence of change.
