| Campus is the main position to train talents for our country and nation.The National Finance Department invests in campus project to promote the development of our country’s educational cause.In addition to the injection of some social capital in T-zone,the construction funds of campus project generally come from financial investment,and the government is the main investor of campus project.To improve and strengthen the construction of campus infrastructure,to improve the overall environment of education and teaching,to provide a safe and professional campus environment for the Reform and development of education,it is beneficial to promote the level of teaching practice and the development of education.However,financial construction funds are limited,financial departments need to give full play to financial investment assessment and supervision and management functions,standardized assessment of campus projects,while saving valuable financial funds,for the Financial Investment Campus project to give full play to social benefits escort.However,in recent years,there are some problems in the evaluation of t-zone Financial Investment Campus project,such as limited scope of evaluation,lack of planning of evaluation,irregular file management and lagging of evaluation information construction,etc.,it leads to the low quality of the evaluation of the financial investment of the campus project,the inadequate supervision of the financial department on the construction funds of the campus project,and the large error in the cost accounting of the construction of the campus project,there are some phenomena such as inaccurate budgeting of construction funds and extensive management of construction funds and expenditures.Taking meeting the needs of People’s equal access to education as the core,removing the main obstacles to the development of financial investment assessment,establishing and perfecting the financial investment assessment system of campus projects,and giving full play to the effectiveness of financial investment assessment,become the current financial sector of the important issues of concern.On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign researches on the evaluation of financial investment in campus engineering,and objectively investigating the evaluation center of financial investment in T-zone and the evaluation of financial investment in campus engineering,under the guidance of the theories of public finance and principal-agent,using the methods of literature study,comparative study,chart analysis,etc.,based on the comprehensive understanding of the evaluation model of campus project financial investment,combined with the development of T-zone economy,the thesis analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and draws lessons from the advanced experience of the evaluation of campus project financial investment in other regions of China,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the evaluation of financial investment in T-zone campus engineering,and to improve the system defects in the evaluation process of financial investment in campus engineering,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of the evaluation of financial investment in campus engineering,promote the development of high-quality evaluation of financial investment in campus projects. |
