Objective:To explore the effect of quadriceps eccentric training combined with whole-body vibration training on patients with patellar tendinopathy.Research methods:48 patients with patellar tendinopathy were divided into four groups, namely quadriceps eccentric training group(Group A),quadriceps eccentric training combined with 30Hz vibration training group(Group B),quadriceps eccentric training combined with 40Hz vibration training group(Group C),quadriceps eccentric training combined with 50Hz vibration training group(Group D),with 12 people in each group. The duration of intervention was 8 weeks,3 times a week. Before and after the intervention, the quadriceps’ surface EMG signals of all subjects were collected, and the median frequency value of quadriceps, the IEMG ratio of medial and lateral femoris muscles, and the time of touchdown, and the three-dimensional angle and three-dimensional moment of each joint of the lower limb at the maximum moment of vertical ground return force were recorded and the peak value of vertical ground return force, and the VAS scale and VISA-P scale were evaluated for all subjects.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, and the data obtained were expressed in terms of mean and mean difference,P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Research results:After 8 weeks of intervention,① compared with the group A,the median frequency values of the lateral and medial femoral muscles in Group C and Group D were significantly increased(P<0.05)The knee flexion angle in group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05)at the time of touchdown kinematics; The knee flexion angle in Group D was significantly lower than that in Group A and Group B,and the hip flexion angle was significantly lower than that in Group A(P<0.05)In terms of kinematics at the peak moment of vertical reaction force, the hip joint flexion angle in Group C was significantly lower than that in Group A(P<0.05);The knee and hip flexion angles in Group D were significantly lower than those in Group A(P<0.05)Dynamics of the knee joint pronation moment at touchdown in Group C was significantly greater than that in Group A(P<0.05);The knee and ankle pronation torques in Group D were significantly greater than those in Group A(P<0.05)Dynamics of knee extension moment at peak vertical reaction force in Group C and Group D were significantly lower than those in Group A(P<0.05)The VAS scores in Group D and Group C were significantly lower than those in Group A(P<0.05);⑦The VISA-P score in Group D was significantly higher than that in Group A and Group B(P<0.05).Research conclusion:①On the basis of quadriceps eccentric training combined with 30Hz,40Hz and 50Hz whole-body vibration training, the intervention effect of patients with patellar tendinopathy is better than that of only completing quadriceps eccentric training;② The intervention effect of quadriceps eccentric training combined with 50 Hz whole-body vibration training on patients with patellar tendinopathy is the best.
