Youth’s awareness of life safety and the relevant knowledge and skills they master play a crucial role in their physical and mental health.Youth’s life safety is related to social stability and the future development of the country,as well as whether China can continue to advance on the path of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate life safety education into physical education.School is the main place for students to learn and live,and classroom teaching is the most important carrier for students to acquire knowledge and skills.Teachers’ teaching methods are the most important guarantee for students to master their knowledge and skills.The environment,system,teachers,and teaching philosophy of the school deeply affect students’ lifelong sustainable development.It is urgent to do a good job in life safety education in schools and enhance their awareness of life safety and knowledge and skills.This article attempts to explore the improvement of knowledge and skills in life safety education in physical education teaching in middle schools from the perspective of life safety education,with a view to integrating the theory of life safety education into physical education into practice,promoting the practical experience of this study,and providing reference for subsequent research.The research of life safety education in middle schools in China is in the initial stage of theory,and a perfect practice system and mode have not been established.Based on the current situation of integrating school life safety education into physical education teaching,this paper tries to carry out educational experiment for some class students in grade one.Due to the epidemic,this study only selected some students in grade 7 of G Middle School in Qingshan District,Wuhan city as the experimental objects of life safety education.Based on the research methods such as literature data,investigation,interview and experimental methods,it explored the practical exploration and thinking of life safety education into junior middle school physical education teaching.The conclusion is as follows:(1)through literature review and questionnaire survey concluded that the social life safety education into the school sports teaching support is not enough,not with the school,the school of life safety education related content teaching and teaching AIDS with not standardization,institutionalization and standardization,sports teachers will not master life safety skills in sports teaching to students,the school did not meet the needs of students learning life safety education related knowledge and skills.(2)It preliminarily explores the objectives,resource combination,content selection,process design and effect evaluation of life safety education into physical education teaching,forming practical teaching and experiential education,and providing operational suggestions and references for the related content of life safety education into the curriculum of primary and secondary schools.(3)In the experimental process of integrating life safety education into physical education teaching,combine online and offline,in-class and extracurricular,qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,so as to improve students ’life safety knowledge and skills and improve students’ awareness and ability to quickly deal with critical events during sports.(4)Integrate life safety education into physical education teaching to give full play to the main functions and auxiliary functions of physical education backbone,promote the learning of life safety content and physical education skills learning to complement each other in the classroom,and put the thought of life safety throughout the teaching.(5)in the education experiment through cardiopulmonary resuscitation,heim rick and bandage education before and after the small test,the single choice paired sample T test after education experiment is significantly higher than before the experiment,and significant difference,according to the assessment of the three indicators to the students’ learning effect is better,think it is necessary to life safety education teaching class into the sports teaching work plan throughout the year,realize the overall goal of sports and health courses and core quality.(6)through the life safety education into the physical education of literature study,questionnaire survey and education experiment results do quantitative and qualitative analysis,think life safety education into physical education has the necessity of comprehensive promotion,and between the melt,life safety education into physical education to the students’ learning life has practical education significance.In view of the existing problems and deficiencies found in this paper,the causes of the problems are deeply discussed,suggestions are put forward,and the exploration of life safety education into the practice of physical education.According to the education experiment,the following specific suggestions are put forward: all departments work together to ensure the equipment configuration of life safety education;promote the development of physical education curriculum,increase the class hours of life safety education;improve the physical education teacher incentive mechanism,help students to master life safety skills;extend life safety education with the sports theory course;evaluate life safety skills,and promote the cooperation and exchange among students.Based on the current situation of integrating life safety education into physical education and the problems and specific suggestions in the implementation process,we analyze the thinking of integrating life safety education into physical education practice,including improving the content of life safety education,strengthening the connotation construction,enriching life safety education,innovating the mode of life safety education,promoting long-term development;optimizing the assessment method of life safety skills,and forming diversified,personalized and operable.
