Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020,students' life safety has attracted more and more attention.Life safety is an important topic in school work.After investigation,it is found that Chinese students' awareness of life safety is weak,sports injuries in sports activities do not know how to deal with,drowning accidents,natural disasters and man-made injuries and other accidents occur frequently.Therefore,it is urgent to increase the content of life safety education in school curriculum.Life safety education refers to the education of emergency and contingency ability when encountering unexpected and disastrous events.Students through the learning of life safety knowledge,escape skills,sports injury treatment practice,not only for students to understand their own safety,improve safety awareness has an important role in promoting,but also for students to learn sports skills to improve physical fitness.It is an important task for the primary school stage to improve students' attention to life safety through various ways and improve students' self-rescue means and self-prevention consciousness.The subject mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,observation and so on.Taking the level-1 students of Zhengzhou Kangping primary school as the experimental object,before the teaching experiment,combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of the second grade students of primary school and the suggestions of experts,select the appropriate content of life safety education,combine the moral education requirements of "Building Morality and cultivating people" for primary school physical education with the core quality of physical education,optimize and improve the teaching process,and carry out the teaching experiment on the students of the two classes on the basis of completing the physical education teaching objectives.Due to the different sensitive periods of physical quality development of students at different ages,appropriate teaching methods should be selected.The teaching contents are the same,the load and intensity are similar,and the teaching methods and means are different.After 4 weeks and 16 class hours of teaching,the students' basic sports ability,learning attitude towards sports and cognition of life safety were compared.Through the analysis of the experimental results,we can draw conclusions: 1.It is feasible,operable and necessary to integrate life safety education into primary school physical education.2.Integrating life safety education into physical education is an important way to achieve the goal of core literacy of physical education.3.Optimization design should embody multi theme,multi-level and multi carrier.Through the observation of the changes in multiple dimensions of the experimental objects and the problems existing in the implementation of teaching activities,this paper puts forward some suggestions: improve teachers' professional ability and strengthen relevant scientific research;Add the content of life safety education into the assessment of physical education;Schools should pay attention to the investment in life safety education;Avoid formal teaching,realize the integration of inside and outside the course,optimize the implementation form and content of the course,fit the real life and combine the school fire safety work.
