The students' knowledge and skills of health and life safety are mainly taught by parents and schools,How should the school carry on the education of the health and the life safety to the student? How about offering a course? It's relatively difficult for most schools to provide this course.So teachers can infiltrate these knowledge and skills into other courses.Which course is the most suitable? The author thinks it is Sports and Health.The purpose of the course is the same as the education of the life safety,which is to enhance physical fitness.Sports hand Health course includes theory and practice parts.So teachers can teach the knowledge of life safety on the theory class,and teaching some suitable skills on the practice class;The main part of the course is practice class,in which students mainly do the outdoor activities.It is easier for students to be injured in this class compared with other courses.The problem,which needs to be solved on P.E.,is how to reduce accidents and sports injury.It is exactly the same question that life safety education needs to solve.So,it is most suitable to conduct life safety education in sports and health course.This study uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and case study method etc.Based on the cognition of life safety education of different groups,the attitude towards infiltrating life safety education into sports and health course,the thesis conducts a survey and analysis on the teaching resources and present situation of life safety education,and optimizes the life safety education on sports and health class according to the problems in the teaching process in high schools in Yuncheng.On the theoretical foundation of Taylor's theory,the model of Kemp and sports and health curriculum standards,the study aims at optimizing the teaching of physical education.The optimization indexes designed are screened out by experts with the use of Delphi method:1? Life safety education teaching objectives must be added on the basis of the original teaching objectives,in the course of sports and health,2? To increase the related content of life safety education on the basis of the original teaching content,3 ? The teaching methods for theoretical courses can be adopted by teachers: Multimedia presentation-asking questions-thinking and communication among students-teachers' comments and explanations.The teaching methods for practice courses: situation creation-asking questions--explanation and demonstration--Practice--reproduction--reaction,4? The content of life safety educationshould be added into the content of teaching evaluation and evaluation standard.The author puts forward a case of optimized physical education in Yuncheng high school in the perspective of life safety education,according to the specific optimization strategy.
