"Life safety education" is the problem which is a widespread concern in recent years, because students do not have perfect knowledge of lives, and the physical and mental qualities necessary for escaping and hedging, in real life, when the danger happens, school children cannot respond timely and effectively. Thus, the creation of knowledge and life safety skills education curriculum has great significance for students.According to the current primary and secondary students’ life safety education,"the reality, the paper questionnaires in eighteen cities of Henan province conducted a sample survey of primary and secondary schools, the survey found that: after compared students of all ages in the life safety education knowledge systems,students lack of systematic safety education of primary and secondary schools, and the educational content is always scattered in other courses; there is not special knowledge to teach life safety education and to teach life safety skills of professional teachers; less response to disasters and emergencies of training and exercises. This paper argues the existing lacking of safety in the schools and reflects that pupils are shortage of basic safety knowledge and skills, which are important reasons why students often suffer from life-threatening. Therefore, to carry out systematic and professional life safety programs to popularize the safety of students knowledge and skills is the bounden duty of each primary and secondary schools.This article is about how to carry out the life and safety education curriculum analysis: integration into the life and safety education courses in sports, not only for the safety of pupils knowledge transfer, but also pass a targeted program of events to the primary threat to life and open the appropriate course content and the relavant exercises. In addition, operating necessary training to master physical and mental qualities, this acquires the necessary self-help escaping skills. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the necessary reforms of physical education curriculum, and how to combine life safety education courses into sports, to create a new curriculum,which is the best solution to the safety of Primary and Secondary Education. Target primary and secondary school physical education curriculum is to protect the safety of students, therefore, the guiding ideology of the safety of primary and secondary school education curriculum Physical Perspective is necessary to distinguish the sports course "health first" guiding ideology, but the "safety first" as the guiding ideology of the new curriculum, which is the "health first" premise and guarantee of "safety first" guiding ideology, in the sight of the primary and secondary school sports life safety education curriculum must follow the basic principles of innovation,continuity and so on. For the creation of the appropriate course content to students may be a threat to the safety of the event, which includes, first: the ability to escape the basic training, including the ability to walking, running, jumping, climbing, roll capability, swimming ability and other curriculums; second: Protection of natural disasters, including the curriculum floods, earthquakes, typhoons, landslides, etc;Third: traffic safety course content protection; fourth: public places safety skills,including the stampede, fires and other course content; Fifth: self-care and self-help skills training curriculum content knowledge of food safety and so force.
