Football is the world’s most widely developed and most influential "the world’s first sport" loved by people all over the world.Compared with other sports,football has its inherent characteristics: a sport dominated by the foot,and its general characteristics include unity of action,endurance,fierce confrontation,and complex and changeable skills and tactics.Some football teaching methods in China cannot meet the development needs of students,The form and organization of classroom teaching content are relatively old and single,which cannot reach the goal of "four in one"(enjoying fun,strengthening physique,improving personality,and exercising will)of school physical education reform in China.School physical education focuses on the teaching mode of "teaching,practicing hard,and playing regularly".Campus football plays an important role as a breakthrough in physical education quality and talent training;Therefore,this article takes the match teaching method as the main line,discusses the popularization and practicability of the match teaching method in college football teaching,and scientifically and reasonably arranges the teaching content for all students according to the formation and development characteristics of sports skills,so that students can use football technology,develop sports habits,master skills,enhance physique,enjoy football games,and cultivate students’ sports core literacy in the process of learning football.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire investigation and teaching experiment,and takes the students from Class 4 and Class 5 of physical education major of Hubei Vocational College of Physical Education,2022,as the experimental objects.The students are divided into the experimental group and the control group.The teaching experiment lasts for 12 weeks and a total of 24 class hours.Before the experiment,a multi-level investigation and analysis is carried out on the two classes to ensure that the two classes are in the physical shape,physical quality The experiment was carried out when there was no significant difference in the level of interest.From the six aspects of physical fitness,football specific skills,competition performance,football theoretical knowledge level,football interest,emotional performance and cooperation spirit as evaluation indicators,through 12 weeks of teaching experiments,comparative analysis of the experimental data of the two classes,the following research results are obtained:(1)Physical fitness: After the experiment,the experimental class and the control class ran for 50 meters × There was a significant difference in the 25 meter turn back run(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in sitting forward flexion and standing long jump(p>0.05).(2)In terms of football specific skills,there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in terms of round the barrel shooting and fixed point kick accuracy(p<0.01);There was no significant difference in the accuracy of hitting the ball and inner foot ground ball(p>0.05).(3)In terms of football theory,there was a significant difference in basic rules and overall cognition between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(p<0.01);There were no significant differences in development,origin,and technical principles(p>0.05).(4)There were significant differences in football match performance,interest in football learning,emotional performance,and cooperative spirit(p<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)The improvement of physical quality(speed and endurance)of the experimental class using the competition teaching method is better than that of the control class.After the experiment,the flexibility quality and lower limb explosive strength of the students in the two classes have not changed significantly.(2)Both the match teaching method and the traditional teaching method have made significant progress in students’ football skills.There are significant differences between the two classes before and after the experiment.The match teaching method has more times of application of technology,which is more conducive to students’ mastery and consolidation of some technologies.(3)The match teaching method integrates "offensive techniques and tactics" and "defensive techniques and tactics",and the students in the experimental class have more experience than the students in the control class.(4)The match teaching method focuses on all-round development,which not only improves students’ technical application ability,but also enables students to truly master the theoretical knowledge of football referee and the understanding of overall cognition;Compared with the control class,the experimental class enjoyed fun in the game,developed interest in football,regulated students’ emotional state,and developed cooperation ability. |
