Football is the largest sport in the world,and it is loved by the broad masses of the people.Campus football is developing rapidly and improving rapidly in China,among which the cultivation of teenagers is one of the most important factors.In the latest reform plan of campus football issued by the Ministry of Education in 2014,it is required to gradually establish and improve the four-tier competition mechanism from primary school to university.Campus football in primary school is an important part of it.It is also an important period to cultivate students' sports skills and good exercise habits.Combining with the characteristics of primary school students,this study aims to explore the effect of "game teaching method" on football teaching,and try to carry out experimental research on football projects through the way of game teaching method,so as to improve the quality of football teaching and provide some reference for the reform of teaching methods.In this paper,male students of Grade 5 of Chengdu Primary School affiliated to Peking University in Longquanyi District of Sichuan Province were selected as the experimental subjects,and one of the classes was randomly selected as the experimental group.The experimental data of each group were tested and recorded before and after the experiment.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a logical analysis of the data before and after the experiment,and draws the following conclusions:1.The experimental data show that after the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class have improved in the fifty-meter race,one-minute sit-ups,and the eight-fifty-meter round-trip race.The results of the experimental class are better than those of the control class.2.The experimental data show that after the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class have made remarkable progress in the five items of goals,dribbles,dribbles,dribbles,and races.And the results of dribbling around the rod,kicking accurately,running around the rod and competition are obviously better than those of the control class.3.The experimental data show that after the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class have improved in the degree of sports participation,active interest in sports learning,negative interest in sports learning,and self-regulated learning.And in these four results are significantly better than the results of the control class.
