| Gray Cook,an American physical therapist, and colleagues created the Functional Movement Screening as a cutting-edge method for analyzing movement patterns and physical function.Via research on how the Functional Movement Screening Test was used on Haining teen weightlifters, problems in FMS testing in adolescent weightlifters and the practicality of intervention correction programs to improve athletic performance were explored.Screening is a way to identify problems with current movement patterns, and early detection of these problems provides the best time to correct them at the right time.Analysis of movement patterns and intervention correction protocols in weightlifters improves faulty movement patterns, reduces the probability of sports injuries, and promotes the use of functional movement screening tests in weightlifting in China. In order to examine the outcomes of the FMS test and its efficacy, this study employed the literature technique, expert interview method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics of the intervention program for adolescent weightlifters in Haining City. The following research findings were obtained:1、The total score values of the FMS test results of athletes of different levels were most significantly improved before and after the experiment for athletes of small and medium sized sports. The total score values of the FMS test results of athletes of different levels were most significantly improved before and after the experiment for athletes of small and medium sized sports.2、After the 8-week corrective intervention experiment,The athletes in the experimental group significantly improved overall on the FMS exam, but not in any particular areas.3、According to the functional movement screening test results, combined with the special characteristics of weightlifting, corrective training programs were developed from flexibility, stability and for the tested movements, and these movements were most significantly improved after corrective training.4、Targeted intervention corrective training programs help to improve FMS test results can help to correct asymmetry and muscular strength differences between the right and left sides of the body in adolescent weightlifters.Evaluation with FMS scores is accurate and applicable to adolescent weightlifters. |
