| In order to implement the spirit of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the deployment of the National Science Education Conference and the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and educating people,and continue to carry out a new round of curriculum reform,the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health for Compulsory Education(2022 version)in April 2022.The new curriculum standard not only continues the basic task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people",but also emphasizes the educational thought of "health first".At the same time,it also emphasizes the cultivation of students’ core qualities,namely the development of students’ sports ability,the cultivation of good healthy behavior habits,and the cultivation of good sports ethics.The three,seemingly unrelated in theory,are in fact one closely related organism.As a close relation between sports knowledge and skills,physical education and health is a highly practical and comprehensive course,which is an indispensable and important part of basic education.The new curriculum standard emphasizes that when evaluating the teaching quality of physical education and health curriculum,it is necessary to choose the appropriate content and method of evaluation,fully diversify the characteristics and advantages of evaluation,and make reasonable use of the feedback function of evaluation.However,at present,there are few indicators to evaluate the teaching quality of physical education and health courses in primary schools.In view of this,this paper attempts to establish a scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system of primary school physical education and health courses,with a scientific and objective evaluation way to help improve the teaching quality of primary school physical education and health courses,promote the comprehensive development of students’ morality,intelligence,physical beauty and labor,and even promote the development of the subject.In this paper,the primary school physical education and health teaching quality evaluation system under the background of the construction of new curriculum standards as the research object,the use of literature method to master the theoretical basis of the construction of evaluation system and a preliminary construction of teaching quality evaluation index system,the Delphi method to screen and optimize the index,AHP method to assign the weight of the index.Finally,the teaching quality evaluation system of physical education and health course in primary school is constructed,which includes three first-level indicators,eleven second-level indicators and forty-seven third-level indicators,as well as the weight of each level indicator.The results show that:(1)The teaching quality evaluation of physical education and health course in primary school can be carried out from three aspects,namely: students’ learning situation,teachers’ teaching process,and the influence of teaching environment,and each aspect has a subsystem.(2)The teaching quality evaluation system of primary physical education and health course constructed by this research has high reliability and validity,which can provide reference for the reform and development of primary physical education and health course,in order to achieve better teaching effect.(3)The index selection of the teaching quality evaluation system of primary school physical education and health course constructed by this research is based on the Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health(2022Edition),the subject nature of physical education and health,and the physical and psychological development characteristics of primary school students,so the indicators at all levels have strong novelty and pertinence.(4)The evaluation system can be used for teachers’ self-evaluation,peer evaluation and leadership evaluation.It can effectively evaluate the teaching quality from multiple perspectives,so as to improve the quality of education and teachers’ professional ability. |
