Ordinary high school stage is the extension of compulsory education stage,all belong to basic education.The curriculum of basic education carries the party’s educational policy and educational thought,is also the direct embodiment of the will of the state in the field of education,and plays an important role in the cultivation of morality.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly stated: "we must fully implement the party’s policy on education,fulfill the fundamental task of standing up for morality and cultivating people,and train socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically." In 2003,the ministry of education issued the standard of physical education and health curriculum for ordinary high schools,which has guided the practice of ordinary high school physical education curriculum for more than a decade.In 2013,the ministry of education initiated the revision of the curriculum for ordinary high schools,and issued the curriculum standards for physical education and health for ordinary high schools(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards)in 2017.In the new curriculum standards of the 2017 edition,the core quality of physical education has been condensed.The condense of the core accomplishment of physical education has established the internal connection between the core accomplishment and the course teaching,further implemented the basic task of cultivating morality and developing quality education,and clarified the ability that students should achieve in learning the course of this discipline.At the same time,the new curriculum standard puts forward the academic quality standard,which clarifies the level that students should reach after completing the task of physical education.Based on the academic quality standard proposed in the new curriculum standard and the core quality of physical education and health discipline,this study constructs the academic quality evaluation index system of ordinary high school physical education in xi ’an city.Based on the ordinary high school physical education evaluation index system of academic quality as the research object,USES the literature material method,Delphi method,AHP method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,according to the theoretical basis,primary evaluation indexes,the order of evaluation index selection,constructs the ordinary high school sports course studies the quality of evaluation index system,then using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index,the transformation of academic quality standard from the qualitative to quantitative evaluation.The results are asfollows:1.Under the background of the new curriculum standard,the academic quality evaluation index system of xi ’an ordinary high school physical education is established.The index system consists of 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 48 third-level indicators.The secondary indexes included 14 items,such as sports cognition,tactical application,basic principles and methods of physical development,and formulation of physical exercise plans.The tertiary indexes included 48 items,such as the understanding of the brief history of the development of the learned sports,and the flexible application of the learned tactics in the competition.2.In the context of the new curriculum standard,after the establishment of the evaluation index system for the academic quality of xi ’an ordinary high school physical education,AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index and the comprehensive weight.Firstly,the weight of each index in the first-level index is obtained: the weight of athletic ability is 0.411,the weight of physical fitness is 0.171,the weight of sports and health knowledge is 0.072,the weight of physical exercise is 0.217,and the weight of sports morality is 0.129.Then calculate the weight of each index of the corresponding second-level index under each first-level index,and finally get the weight of each index and the comprehensive weight of the third-level index.3.This research institute building under the background of the new standard of xi "an ordinary high school physical education,academic quality evaluation index system of sports ability,physical condition,physical education and health knowledge,physical exercise,physical character of five dimensions as the core,through the calculation of index weight and the score at all levels,xi" an ordinary high school physical education,academic quality evaluation index system of evaluation standard,according to the evaluation standard,to give students the final result,manifests the ordinary high school physical education,students’ academic achievement of comprehensive performance evaluation,the diversity and hierarchy. |
