| The quality of undergraduate classroom teaching is the basis for the achievement of curriculum goals,and affects the quality and level of personnel training in colleges and universities.The new round of review and evaluation by the Ministry of Education requires the implementation of "learning-centered,teaching-oriented" classroom teaching and the implementation of student achievement-oriented teaching evaluation.Based on the "student-centered" concept,this study first defines the selection principles of evaluation indicators,and clarifies the requirements of the "student-centered" concept for the evaluation of classroom teaching quality.Table,on the basis of conducting undergraduate classroom learning experience surveys,the evaluation objects of classroom teaching quality are divided into teachers and students,and teacher evaluation indicators and student evaluation indicators are selected respectively.The preliminary indicators for teacher evaluation include four first-level indicators,including teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching organization and design,and examination and evaluation feedback;the preliminary indicators for student evaluation include four primary indicators,including student attitude,classroom participation,learning effect,and learning satisfaction.first-level indicators.Based on the preliminary indicators,an "expert consultation form" was compiled.An expert advisory group consisting of 10 teaching experts was established,and the Delphi method was used for anonymous consultation,and the indicators were continuously revised according to expert opinions,and a set of student-centered undergraduate classroom teaching quality evaluation index systems that reached expert consensus was summarized.According to the revised indicators,the questionnaire was compiled,the data was collected,and the SPSSAU(Version 23.0)software was used for project analysis,validity analysis and reliability inspection,and further index screening was carried out,and the evaluation index system was determined,and then the connotation of the evaluation indicators was explained.The judgment matrix is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and then the weights of all levels of indicators are assigned to complete the determination of the weight of the evaluation index system.Finally,a student-centered undergraduate classroom teaching quality evaluation index system for teachers and a student evaluation index system are constructed.Finally,the application suggestions of the index system are given from the aspects of evaluation purpose,evaluation object,evaluation subject,evaluation method and evaluation steps. |
