Anchored teaching mode It claims set up the corresponding teaching scene,ask questions by the anchore.Students can reach the goal by the way that they seek for the answer.This mode can offer the magnitude enlightenment for the physical education reform.The research carried out the educational experiment for 14 weeks.It aims to examine the effects of the application of anchored teaching mode in table tennis public course.The objectives of the study are enhance the effects of the table tennis general course in college,upright students learning attitude,obtain the ideal learning effect to provide theoretical support and practical samples.In the teaching experiment,we selected 80 students from the table tennis public class of Shenyang Normal University as the experimental subjects,and we comprehensively adopted research methods such as experimental method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method.The obtained experimental results were as followings: There was no significant difference between the test results of male and female students in the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment(P>0.05)in terms of physical fitness.In learning the skills of forehand attack and forehand serve in table tennis,there was a significant difference in the total test scores of students in the experimental class before and after the experiment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the total test scores of students in the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the test results of students in the control class before and after the experiment(P>0.05).In learning interest in table tennis,there was a significant difference in the total score of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment.The evaluation results of the students in the control class before and after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference in the total score index for girls(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the other evaluation results(P>0.05).In table tennis learning attitude,there is a significant difference between the male and the female students of the experimental class in the evaluation results of table tennis learning attitude after the experiment comparing with the control class(P<0.01).The conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared to the control class,the experimental class students significantly improved their learning effect of table tennis skills through the application of anchor based teaching mode;However,the improvement effect of physical fitness is not significant.(2)The anchor teaching model has a very significant improvement effect on the interest of college students in table tennis learning.(3)The application of anchor based teaching mode has a significant promoting effect on students in establishing correct attitudes towards table tennis learning and standardized learning behaviors.(4)In summary,the anchor based teaching model has important application value in the teaching of table tennis public courses in universities,and has a positive impact on the development of students’ comprehensive quality of table tennis.The suggestions are put forward:(1)Table tennis teachers in colleges and universities should enhance the pertinence of the "anchor" design to provide accurate guidance and support to students.(2)Table tennis teachers in colleges and universities should pay attention to the design of "anchors" and the diversified development of "throwing" means,so as to provide support and guarantee for stimulating and maintaining students’ interest in table tennis learning.(3)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and pay attention to the in-depth study of anchored teaching mode.(4)In the process of teaching,guide and encourage students to carry out independent and cooperative learning activities,and improve the application effect of anchored teaching mode.(5)Changing teaching concepts and strengthening the popularization of anchored teaching mode.
