The Multi-Party Subjects collaborative cultivation of normal school students is not only the connotation requirement of realizing the modernization of teacher education governance,but also the basic direction of teacher education reform and development in the new era.As an important component of the multi governance body of teacher education,social forces play an important role in the collaborative training of normal school students.In 2022,the “Plan for Strengthening Teachers in Basic Education in the New Era” clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the deep participation of all sectors of society in teacher education and innovate the mechanism and mode of teacher professional development.This not only provides policy support for promoting social forces to participate in teacher education reform,but also raises new expectations for social forces to participate in teacher education reform and development.Therefore,conducting research around the “collaborative training mechanism of social forces participating in normal university students” has rich theoretical value and important practical significance.This article takes the issue of social forces participating in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students as the starting point,takes the main body of social forces participating in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students as the research object,takes the mechanism of this body participating in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students as the main content,follows the research paradigm of “should be true should be”,and follows the research thinking of “theoretical research empirical research countermeasure research”,The research method is “literature method,questionnaire method,interview method”.By clarifying the key factors that affect the participation of social forces in the collaborative training of normal university students,analyzing the problems and reasons existing in the operation of the mechanism for social forces to participate in the collaborative training of normal university students,and seeking ways to optimize the mechanism for social forces to participate in the collaborative training of normal university students,providing constructive suggestions for promoting the participation of social forces in the collaborative training of normal university students in China.Firstly,this article is based on the “Four Helixes” theory,system philosophy theory,and education system mechanism theory,combining with a review of relevant domestic and foreign literature,to identify the factors that affect the participation of social forces in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students: incentive mechanism factors,leadership mechanism factors,constraint mechanism factors,communication mechanism factors,and security mechanism factors,and to construct a theoretical model of the mechanism for social forces to participate in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students.Secondly,the questionnaire method was used to investigate the participation of social forces in the collaborative cultivation of normal university students in three universities in Liaoning Province.SPSS(21.0)and AMOS(23.0)software were used to conduct statistical analysis and model testing of the survey data.The results show that incentive mechanism factors,leadership mechanism factors,constraint mechanism factors,communication mechanism factors,and security mechanism factors have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of social forces participating in the collaborative training of normal school students.Thirdly,by further using the interview method,an in-depth investigation was conducted on the participation of social forces in the collaborative training of normal students at S Normal University in Liaoning Province.It was found that social forces in the collaborative training of normal students face problems such as imperfect incentive mechanisms,imperfect leadership mechanisms,non-standard restriction mechanisms,Incomplete communication mechanism and inadequate security mechanism.Finally,based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,this study proposes countermeasures to improve the collaborative training mechanism of social forces participating in normal university students in China:building an incentive driving mechanism to stimulate the internal and external motivation of social forces participating;Improve the organizational leadership mechanism to ensure that social forces and various collaborative entities perform their respective duties;Establish a supervision and restriction mechanism to ensure the normative and effective participation of social forces;Improve the communication and consultation mechanism,and strengthen dialogue and exchange between social forces and various collaborative entities;Build a diversified security mechanism to provide strong support for social forces to participate in collaborative cooperation.
