Since the 1990 s,our country began to attach importance to students’ mental health education and actively promote the work of school psychological education.Over the past 30 years,it has extensively studied the mental health system of ordinary schools,established school mental health education system in some areas and published a series of mental health textbooks.These measures provide important support for building a healthy educational ecological environment and improving students’ mental health.However,compared with the general education,the work of mental health education in special education develops relatively slowly.In the report of the twenty National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is mentioned that we should make education satisfactory to the people and strengthen the inclusive development of special education.To achieve this goal,we need to improve the quality of special education across the board and promote the self-esteem,self-confidence,self-reliance and self-reliance of children and adolescents with disabilities in order to realize their development potential to the fullest extent.The mental health status of disabled students has an important impact on the high quality development of special education,so the mental health education of disabled students is an important basis and prerequisite for the successful special education.Mental health education is a necessary condition to help disabled students establish self-esteem,self-strengthening consciousness,moral,intellectual,physical,American and labor all-round development.Deaf students are one of the most important parts of the students with disabilities.At present,the emphasis on mental health education in deaf schools is far from enough,therefore,more researchers need to pay attention to the mental health education in deaf schools,and strengthen the mental health education in deaf schools is imperative.The main research methods used in this study are literature method,case method and investigation method.With the deaf school mental health education as the research object,with relevant theoretical knowledge as the research basis,with practical problems as the research focus,and with the implementation path as the research foothold,in-depth analysis of the deaf school mental health education shortcomings,in order to promote the high quality development of the deaf school mental health education,explore effective countermeasures.It is found that the implementation of mental health education in deaf schools has made some achievements,but there are also some problems,mainly reflected in: there is no mental health teaching material for deaf students;The emphasis of mental health education in schools for the deaf is not prominent enough;There are difficulties in the professional development of psychology teachers;Lack of integration of mental health education evaluation in deaf schools.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of mental health education in schools for the deaf,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions: enriching the content of mental health education in schools for the deaf;To improve the management mode of mental health education in schools for the deaf;Comprehensively improve the level of mental health teachers in schools for the deaf;We will promote close cooperation between home and school doctors and other parties.
