At present, building a harmonious society is an important way to achieve thegreat rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The cause for the disabled is an indispensable part ofthe great cause of socialism, reflects the national spirit of the Chinese nation and the superiorityof the socialist system, is one important indicator to reflect the degree of China’s socialistcivilization. At the moment, students with disabilities, physical exercise has become one of thegreat concern of the community. Deaf students vulnerable people in our human social life, butthey are also members of our human family should be the same and other ordinary studentsaccepted to meet their physical and mental characteristics of physical education, common accessto the educational resources. Compared with the ordinary school physical education, scientificresearch of the physical education of deaf students in a weak link, a growing number of expertsand scholars gradually began to focus on special education, disabled sports education will have awelcome development and opportunities. Therefore, the study of deaf students Practicing theirphysical and mental health effects research has important practical significance. In this paper, thetheory of social psychology, social adaptability and physical exercise, starting from the socialadaptability, and the use of literature survey, experiment, and mathematical statistics deafstudents practicing tai chi on their health The impact of the study.The results are as follows:1Deaf students Practicing a better role in promoting the regulation of human cardiovascularfunction, steady heart rate changes deaf students before and after practice, practice tai chi tai chion maintaining the stability of cardiovascular function better.2Deaf students Practicing Sit and Reach degree of stretching improved, enhancedflexibility, that tai chi can effectively improve the flexibility of the human body, in turn, canimprove the flexibility of the joints, muscles, and effective prevention of sports injuries.3Practicing deaf students, the lower extremity strength significantly enhanced, can enhancethe supporting force of the lower limbs, is conducive to maintaining the stability of the humanbody.4deaf students overall poor social adaptability. Studies have shown that the specialeducation school deaf students’ social adaptability poor as a whole, are not well adapted totoday’s high-speed development of the society. Practicing can contribute to the development ofthe deaf students’ social adaptability. To adapt to society’s ability to promote the role of deafstudents, by practicing tai chi, to improve its capabilities to adapt to a complex social environment, development and upgrading of the deaf students social social adaptability, betterable to to face life.
