Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Introducing High-Level Talents In Zaozhuang City

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the complex and changeable international situation,the role of high-level talents is more prominent,and the necessity of introducing high-level talents is increasingly recognized by the public.The central and local governments at all levels have placed talent work in an important position in strategic decision-making.Therefore,how to introduce a large number of high-level talents and how to play a significant role of high-level talents after the introduction has become an important topic that needs to be deeply studied.This thesis takes the introduction of high-level talents in Zaozhuang City as an example.On the basis of collecting a large number of relevant literature and studying the existing literature at home and abroad,it refines and determines its own research path.It uses data comparison,interviews,questionnaires and other forms to comprehensively and intuitively understand the current situation of the introduction of high-level talents in Zaozhuang City,and summarizes the main problems: the number of high-level talents is small,the quality is low The role is not obvious,the local comprehensive strength is not strong,the economy is backward,the platform carrying capacity is not strong,the talent policy advantage is not obvious,the attraction is low,the homogenization phenomenon is serious,the market-oriented talent introduction means are few,the channel is single,and the role of the employer is weak.On the basis of the above,combined with the actual situation and advanced experience of Zaozhuang City,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: strengthening top-level design,improving the core competitiveness of the city,enhancing the attractiveness of talent policies,and promoting the marketization of talent introduction.
