| In sports situations, the human body usually puts itself in an unstable state.Dynamic balance ability is the foundation for maintaining the body’s continued movement in this unstable state. There is congenital imbalance in the body’s limbs, and the training of the weak leg is not taken seriously, which can easily lead to sports injuries. The improvement of sports performance requires a healthy body as the foundation, and unilateral lower limb training can make up for the shortcomings of lower limb training.Experimental research was conducted on the methods of improving the performance of Shandong physical education candidates in quality projects, analyzing the correlation between sports performance and dynamic balance ability, emphasizing the importance of dynamic balance ability in sports training, and improving sports performance while maintaining health. This article utilizes the post activation enhancement effect of composite training to integrate unilateral lower limb exercises into daily training. It is hoped that the effectiveness of the training plan can be fully utilized, and on the basis of ensuring the scientific nature of the training method,an attempt is made to evaluate the improvement effect of this training plan on the dynamic balance ability of physical examination candidates, further affecting sports performance. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics, investigation and interview, expert interview, and experiment. In the experiment,18 participants were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group incorporated unilateral lower limb exercises on the basis of daily training, and adopted a unilateral lower limb composite training plan. The control group adopted a composite training plan with the addition of bilateral lower limbs.Firstly,a one week preparation stage was conducted, and various indicators(100 meters, standing long jump,in place shot put,YBT-LQ)were pre tested. Then,an eight week experimental intervention was conducted to measure the post experimental data,Use SPSS 26.0 to compare the data before and after, and explore the impact of the unilateral lower limb composite training program on the quality project scores and dynamic balance ability of physical examination candidates.Result: The training intervention in the control group significantly improved the standing long jump performance, and only the left leg(outer)and right leg(outer)showed significant differences in the influence of YBT-LQ;In the experimental group, there was a significant improvement in shot put scores and 100 m scores, and the impact on YBT-LQ was significantly improved except for the left leg(inner); After intervention, the independent sample T-test of various indicators between the control group and the experimental group showed that there was a significant difference in 100 m and shot put scores between the two groups of training programs. The control group had a good effect on improving standing long jump scores, but the experimental group had a better effect on improving dynamic balance ability. Conclusion: The unilateral lower limb composite training program has a significant improvement in shot put and 100 m performance; The bilateral lower limb composite training program has a better effect on improving the performance of standing long jump; The unilateral lower limb composite training program has a more significant improvement in the dynamic balance ability of the lower limbs. |
