Research purposes: Common training methods for effectively improving the explosive power of sprinters’ lower limbs include: rapid stretching and compound training,resistance training,vibration training,and unstable training.Both compound training and complex training can improve the explosive power of lower limbs,but there are still disputes over the training efficiency between the two.Therefore,in this study,the special and specific lower limb training movements are selected,and the complex training and compound training are taken as the research contents.Through six-week intervention experiments,the training effects of the two training methods are compared,and the appropriate training methods to improve the explosive power of lower limbs of 100-meter sprinters are explored.Research method:This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,expert survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct research.12 sprinters who reached the second level in 100 m event were screened as experimental subjects by recruiting the students selected specifically for athletics in North Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.The 12 subjects were divided into a real complex training group and the compound training group of 6 each for a period of 6 weeks under random assignment,and the indexes reflecting the explosive power of the sprinters’ lower limbs were tested,and the test data were collected for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There were very significant differences in the 30 m accelerated running and vertical jump height before and after the complex training group test(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the standing long jump(P<0.05);the peak power and peak power of the complex training group before and after the test There was a very significant difference in the dynamic index of the fast power index(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the dynamic index of the impulse and the instantaneous speed off the ground(P<0.05).The complex training method can improve the above test indicators.(2)There were very significant differences in the 30 m accelerated running,standing long jump and vertical jump before and after the test in the compound training group(P<0.01);the dynamic indicators of the peak power and fast power index in the compound training group before and after the test were very significant There are significant differences in the dynamic indexes of impulse and instantaneous speed off the ground(P<0.05).The compound training method can improve the above test indicators.(3)There was no significant difference in the difference of vertical jump indexes between the combined training group and the compound training group before and after the test(P>0.05);there was a very significant difference in the difference of vertical jump height indexes(P<0.01);there was a significant difference in the difference of 30 m acceleration run indexes(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference of peak power,fast power index,stroke volume and instantaneous speed off the ground between the complex training and the compound training groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).The improvement of the above three indexes and the kinetic index of squat longitudinal jump in the compound training group was greater than that in the complex training group.Conclusion:(1)The complex training method lasted for 6 weeks and 3 times a week.The experimental load intensity was 75%,85% of 1RM,and the time interval was 3-5 minutes.Jump results,followed by standing long jump results;at the same time,the relevant dynamic indicators of squatting vertical jumps have also been significantly improved,which shows that complex training methods can improve the explosive power of lower limbs of sprinters.(2)The compound training method can effectively improve the sprinters’ 30-meter acceleration running,standing long jump,and vertical jump in situ;the peak power,rapid power index,impulse,and instantaneous speed of the squat vertical jump are also improved;compare the two Training method,it is found that when the training means,training load and time interval of the experiment are consistent,the timing of the training means will affect the experimental results.(3)Both the complex training method and the compound training method can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of sprinters,and there is no significant difference between the two in terms of the improvement of standing long jump performance and the improvement of relevant dynamic indicators of squatting vertical jump;comparing the two in 30-meter accelerated running There are significant differences in the improvement of the two lower limb explosive power indexes of vertical jump in place,that is,the compound training method is better than the complex training method.
