Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Teaching Ability Of Tennis Students Majoring In Physical Education Under The Guidance Of Social Demand

Physical education major focuses on cultivating primary and secondary school physical education teachers who can meet the needs of education reform and development,have physical education professional quality,and have the ability to engage in physical education and teaching.With the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,the society has put forward more and higher requirements for the teaching ability of physical education teachers,which poses greater challenges to the training of future physical education teachers in physical education colleges and universities.At present,the teaching ability of physical education students trained in physical education colleges and universities in China is not compatible with the needs of basic education reform.The level of teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education in sports colleges is an important criterion for the evaluation of talent training quality in sports colleges.At present,there is no unified guidance document at the national level on the evaluation index system of tennis special teaching ability of physical education students in China.The importance of constructing the evaluation index system of tennis special teaching ability of physical education students with universal characteristics is highlighted.Based on the social demand for the teaching ability of future physical education teachers,this paper focuses on ’ how to construct the evaluation index system of teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education under the guidance of social demand ’.The specific use of literature,expert interviews,analysis of primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching ability needs;using Delphi method,the evaluation index system of teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.According to the needs of the society,this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate the teaching ability of tennis students in physical education,so as to promote the improvement of students ’ tennis teaching ability and meet the needs of the society for the future tennis teachers ’ teaching ability.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,the social demand for physical education students is on the rise,but the relevant employers say that the teaching ability of physical education students cannot meet the needs of the society.(2)Guided by social needs,based on the national demand for teachers ’ teaching ability standards and the regional demand for primary and secondary school physical education teachers ’ teaching ability,this paper analyzes the relevant documents of teaching ability standards proposed by the state for teachers,integrates the interview content of relevant experts,and selects the evaluation index of teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education,and preliminarily establishes the evaluation index of teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education under the guidance of social needs.(3)Through three rounds of Delphi expert consultation,3 first-level indicators,11 secondlevel indicators and 32 third-level indicators were determined to constitute an evaluation index system for the teaching ability of tennis students majoring in physical education guided by social needs.(4)The proportion of teaching implementation ability in the first-level index weight is the largest,and the weight coefficient reaches 0.4779.The teaching design ability is second only to the teaching implementation ability,and the weight coefficient is 0.3367.The weight index of the reflective ability of teaching evaluation is 0.1854.
