Research On The Football Competition System In Primary And Secondary Schools In Wu Han

In order to improve the physical quality of young students and give full play to the educational function of school sports,reserve reserve talents for the football cause of our country,and cultivate students’ indomitable fighting spirit and team cooperation ability,the country vigorously popularizes football on campus with football as the carrier.In 2009,under the leadership of the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education,the national youth campus football activity officially kicked off.In 2015,with the introduction of the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football and the Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education and other six departments on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football,campus football,strongly guaranteed by national policies,has been promoted nationwide.Wuhan has implemented the development of campus football and become the first batch of "pilot cities" of campus football in China.The complexity of football itself determines that the development of campus football needs a scientific and systematic overall layout.In particular,how to build a scientific campus football competition system plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of campus football competition system in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan by using the methods of literature,interview and field investigation.It is known that Wuhan primary and secondary schools have formed a three-level campus football league competition system at the municipal,district and school levels.Campus football is loved by more students,and the popularity rate is increasing in the campus.However,there are still many problems in the existing competition system,which cannot provide a solid guarantee for the campus football competition.By analyzing the current situation of the operation of the Wuhan primary and secondary school football league competition system,this paper combs out the existing problems of the competition system,and puts forward improvement measures to promote the better development of the Wuhan primary and secondary school football competition.The research conclusions are as follows:1 In terms of competition goals: students,parents and coaches have different goals in campus football competitions.Parents hope that children can exercise and cultivate their interests and hobbies by learning football,but they do not want football to affect their studies;Students hope to enter a better school for further study through football,and even hope to become professional football players in the future.The goal of coaches is to achieve excellent results through competition and complete school tasks.Therefore,the Wuhan Campus Football Working Group must formulate the overall goal of the competition in combination with its actual development situation and the goals of the individuals participating in the competition to ensure the stable and orderly operation of campus football.2 In terms of organizational structure: the division of labor among the various departments of the leading group for campus football work in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan is clear,but the cooperation between the departments is low,the information transmission is not smooth,and the advantages of each department are not fully utilized to provide suggestions for the development of campus football,resulting in difficulties in the development of campus football.3 In terms of rules and regulations: in the municipal campus football league,the participating schools will buy insurance for the players during the game,and have a relatively perfect reward system to encourage the players to get good results in the game;In the district-level campus football competition,due to the tight competition time,insufficient funds,traffic safety and other problems,the phenomenon of school abandoning the game occurs from time to time,and the league guarantee mechanism is not perfect;In the school football league,the number of students participating is low,the school football culture is not strong,and some schools do not buy safety accident insurance during the school football match,which can not provide guarantee for the safety of the players,and there are still some problems such as the lack of publicity channels for the game.4 At the beginning of the competition system: Wuhan has formed a three-level competition system of in-school class football leagues,district-level leagues and the city’s finals.The number of events held has increased,which can meet the needs of students to participate in the football competition,exercise themselves in the competition and improve their competitive level.The municipal league matches are well constructed in terms of capital,security and reward system;The number of tournaments held at the district and school level is small,the difference of competition groups is too large,and students can not improve and exercise in the competition.5 In terms of competition resources:(1)Teachers: primary and secondary school football coaches are basically certified,but there are still coaches who have not obtained the football coach certificate;Most coaches have bachelor’s degree or above,and their cultural level is generally high,which can provide guarantee for the development of students’ comprehensive quality;The overall professional level of the referees is not high.Misjudgments and controversial judgments often occur in the game,and the fairness and impartiality of the game cannot be guaranteed.(2)Funding: Wuhan Municipal Finance Bureau will invest 24 million yuan every year to ensure the development of campus football activities.Every year,the school with campus football characteristics receives the special funds for the development of national football and the financial support from the municipal and district finance.However,due to the large number of events and the high cost,the funds for the development of campus football are still insufficient.(3)Venue: There are 750 campus football venues in Wuhan,accounting for 62.1% of the total venues in Wuhan.According to the survey results,80% of the schools mainly use artificial grass fields,and 20% of the schools still carry out campus football matches in cement fields,which has certain potential safety hazards.Therefore,the construction of football fields should be strengthened to meet the needs of students’ training matches.
