Objective: Young women,as part of the female community, are the backbone of various industries and bear great social pressure.Their physical health is directly related to the sustainable development of the industry,it is also the focus of social attention. Therefore,it is undoubtedly very practical to understand the problems that exist in the health and fitness of young women, assess the health status of such people, and explore how to effectively promote their health and fitness levels. This study evaluates the health status of young women through 12 weeks of mat pilates and aerobic aerobics exercises, and discusses the influence and difference of mat pilates and aerobic aerobics on the relevant indicators of young women’s health and physical fitness,in order to provide reference for more female participants and enthusiasts to choose fitness programs suitable for themselves. Methods: In this paper,39 young women aged 25-40 were randomly divided into mat pilates group(N=20 people)and aerobic aerobics group(N=19 people),respectively, for 12 weeks,3 times a week, each time 70 minutes of mat pilates and aerobic aerobics exercise intervention. Before and after the experiment, the subjects’ body composition, cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength and muscular endurance, flexibility and balance were measured, and the obtained data were processed by Spss23.0 data statistics software, expressed by mean ± standard deviation,paired-sample T test was used in the group, and independent sample T test was used between groups, and P<0.01 indicated that there was a very significant difference, and P<0.05 indicated that there was a significant difference. Results: Before the experiment, there were no significant differences in other indicators except grip strength. After 12 weeks of mat pilates and aerobic aerobics exercises, the health and physical fitness of young women in the mat pilates group and aerobic aerobics group changed to different degrees, which were manifested in:(1)Intra-group comparison results after the experiment: the weight,BMI and body fat percentages of the Pilates group and the aerobic aerobics group were significantly lower than before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, there were no outstanding odds in body weight,BMI,body fat percentage, and aerobic aerobics group(P>0.05).(2)Intra-group comparison results after the experiment: the lung capacity and maximum oxygen uptake of the Pilates group were significantly increased compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05).Compared with before the experiment, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure showed a downward trend, nonetheless there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with before the experiment, lung capacity and maximum oxygen uptake increased in the aerobic aerobics group(P<0.05),while there were no significant changes in heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure at rest(P>0.05).After the experiment, the comparison results between the groups showed that the aerobic aerobics group with maximum oxygen uptake value was significantly higher than that in the mat Pilates group, and there was a distinct divergence(P<0.05).There were no outstanding divergence between heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and vital capacity compared with aerobic aerobics in the Pilates group at rest(P>0.05).(3)The results of intra-group comparison after the experiment showed that the one-minute sit-ups in the Pilates group were significantly increased compared with before the experiment(P<0.05),yet,there was no evident discrepancy in grip strength and vertical jump(P>0.05).The one-minute sit-ups and vertical jumps in the aerobic aerobics group increased significantly compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).there were no obvious variation in grip strength and longitudinal jump mat Pilates group compared with aerobic aerobics(P>0.05).The results of the comparison between groups after the experiment showed that the number of sit-ups in one minute was significantly increased in the Pilates group compared with the aerobic aerobics group, and there was a clear divergence(P<0.05),there was no distinct variation in grip strength and longitudinal jump mat compared with aerobic aerobics(P>0.05).(4)Intra-group comparison results after the experiment: Compared with the pre-experimental stage, the Pilates group with eyes closed and standing on one foot increased significantly(P<0.05).Forward flexion of sitting body in aerobic aerobics group increased significantly compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, compared with the aerobic aerobics group, the Pilates group was significantly improved in the seated forward flexion performance group(P<0.05)(5)The results of intra-group comparison after the experiment showed that the Pilates group with closed eyes and standing on one foot increased significantly compared with the previous experiment(P<0.05).In the aerobic aerobics group, standing on one foot with eyes closed increased significantly compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).After the experiment, the results of the comparison between the groups showed that the Pilates group on the standing mat with closed eyes was significantly increased compared with the aerobic aerobics group, and there was a notable diversity(P<0.05).Conclusions: Twelve weeks of mat Pilates and aerobic aerobics exercises can effectively improve the healthy physical fitness level of young women, which is reflected in the effective improvement of young women’s body composition, that is,the weight,BMI index and body fat percentage are significantly reduced.Pilates on the pad has a more obvious effect on improving muscle endurance, flexibility and balance ability in young women, but has no obvious effect on upper limb muscle strength.Aerobic aerobics has a more obvious effect on improving cardiopulmonary function and lower limb muscle strength in young women, but has no obvious effect on upper limb muscle strength.
