Research On The Opening Of Three-a-side Basketball Courses In Colleges In Xi’an

The State General Administration of Sport issued the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan of Sports Development" in October 2021,reasonable layout,abundant points and orderly supervision,and realize the brand upgrade of China Men’s Basketball League(CBA).To improve the level of China Women’s Basketball League(WCBA),China Men’s Basketball League(NBL),China Amateur Basketball Championship(CBO),Youth Basketball League(Minor Basketball League)and other competitions,cultivate the brand of three-player basketball competition,and promote the integration of basketball and national fitness competition system.Health in the outline of China2030 plan,improving the physical and psychological quality of college students is regarded as an important part of college basketball education,and new requirements are set for college basketball education and training.Strengthen students’ physical quality,improve students’ mental health,so that they can play the role of fitness.Therefore,how to develop university basketball is very important to university students’ healthy development.In addition,the Olympic Games and the National Games have become more popular.This paper focuses on the feasibility study of including three-player basketball in the elective subjects of xi ’an university,and some teachers and students of xi’ an university.The research methods mainly include literature,questionnaire,expert interview and field survey to investigate whether three-player basketball can be included in the optional courses of ordinary universities in Xi ’an.And from the research and analysis on whether to carry out the basketball option course,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)College students mainly participate in three-player basketball,rather than competition as the main purpose,so its exercise load is low.Meanwhile,compared with five-a-side basketball,three-player basketball has lower technical and tactical requirements,and is more interesting and entertaining.Therefore,three-player basketball is more suitable for popularization in college campuses,and also meets the new national strategic requirements.With the increasing popularity of the three-player basketball system,there is still a lot of room for improvement and development of three-player basketball in the campus sports in Xi ’an colleges and universities.It should be put on the agenda to include the three-player basketball system in the optional courses of ordinary colleges and universities.(2)None of the six universities has an independent course of three-player basketball,but all offer optional courses of basketball for students to choose from.In the survey,there are more than two courses of students have not participated in this program,but students have great interest in opening three-player basketball courses,and have the primary conditions for opening three-player basketball courses.(3)The college basketball teachers in Xi ’an have a reasonable structure in terms of age,educational background and professional title,and some of them are excellent teachers with high-level basketball players.At the same time,some courts and equipment of the schools in the investigation can meet the requirements for students to participate in three-player basketball,but from the perspective of opening courses,the existing courts cannot meet the requirements for opening courses.(4)The factors that influence the inclusion of the three-player basketball in the optional curriculum of common universities are: the school leaders don’t attach importance to the three-player basketball,and the focus of basketball is more likely to be five-a-side basketball.The lack of relevant sports textbooks is the biggest obstacle to three-player basketball as a curriculum.At the same time,the development of three-player basketball competitions on campus is not enough,and the publicity is not in place.(5)Taking three-player basketball as a course will increase the burden of course teaching,because the basketball teachers in some schools need to do other jobs besides completing the corresponding basketball optional course teaching,and the number of basketball teachers in some universities is small.In addition,the introduction of three-player basketball into the optional class of colleges and universities will have an impact on the original five-a-side basketball course.Meanwhile,the emergence of related problems such as three-player basketball competition will also increase the burden on college teachers.Suggestions:(1)Ordinary colleges and universities can make full use of existing resources,strengthen the publicity and popularization of three-player basketball,hold more three-player basketball competitions,hold three-player basketball competitions of different levels,and let more students participate in three-player basketball through competitions.In this way,the basketball atmosphere in the campus can be greatly improved,which plays a role in promoting the inclusion of three-player basketball into the optional courses of Xi ’an ordinary colleges and universities.(2)It is very necessary for the three-player basketball to be included in the optional courses of ordinary colleges and universities in Xi ’an.When the three-player basketball course is set up in the school,relevant textbooks should be compiled based on the actual situation of the school.In addition,similar problems can be avoided by learning from the experience of relevant departments with three-player basketball programs.The key is to distinguish the teaching contents of three-player and five-a-side basketball courses,so as to enrich the content of basketball courses in colleges and universities,so that students with different basketball hobbies have more space to choose.(3)It is suggested to the leaders of relevant departments to enhance their attention,and at the same time to publicize three-player basketball through multiple channels and in various forms,so that more students can understand the characteristics of this sport and be familiar with its sports and rules,so as to attract students who did not participate in it,so that they can have an interest in this sport and develop a goodhabit of physical exercise.(4)Improve the awareness of three-player basketball,the students who are interested in three-player basketball coaches and referees should focus on training,so that they can better understand the characteristics of the sport,realize the difference between the traditional five-a-side basketball and the teaching focus of three-player basketball,so as to improve the teaching quality of three-player basketball courses.(5)Select some universities as pilot schools to set up the three-player basketball course.From the pilot schools and explore the experience of three-player basketball into Xi ’an ordinary colleges and universities,and then gradually promote and popularize in Xi ’an area colleges and universities.Adjusting some teachers’ basketball classes to three-person basketball courses or hiring another three-person basketball teachers can relieve teachers’ pressure and solve the conflict caused by the three-person basketball courses in colleges and universities.
