| Since the introduction of calisthenics into China,it has been loved by the broad masses of the people.Calisthenics is different from other sports in that it is a combination of fitness and entertainment,which can maintain health,shape the body,relieve stress,and entertain the body and mind.This paper selects the topic of "Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Junior High School Calisthenics in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City",and takes the current situation of calisthenics in junior high schools in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City as the research object Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of aerobics in 29 junior high schools in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City,this paper understands and grasps the current situation of aerobics in junior high schools in Yongfeng County,Ji’an,provides theoretical and practical references for aerobics participants and relevant personnel engaged in aerobics,analyzes the factors restricting the development of calisthenics in junior high schools in Yongfeng County,discusses and makes suggestions.It is hoped to promote the development and popularization of calisthenics in Yongfeng County,and promote and promote the further development of calisthenics in Ji’an and even the whole of JiangxiThis paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.The current situation of calisthenics,the gender,age and teaching experience,academic titles,professional structure,junior high school students’ understanding of calisthenics,and extracurricular development of calisthenics were analyzed.The following conclusions were obtained through the analysis:1.Ji’an Yongfeng County calisthenics has been gradually carried out in junior high schools,70% of junior high schools carry out calisthenics,but basically in physical education classes,recess exercises,extracurricular activities to carry out aerobics,no school specifically to open calisthenics courses.2.The survey shows that there are more young teachers in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City.The professional titles of teachers are mainly concentrated in junior schools,and senior teachers also account for a certain proportion,indicating that the overall teaching level of junior high school teachers in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City,still has a certain height.In terms of academic qualifications,the academic qualifications of junior high school teachers in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City,are basically bachelor’s degrees,and the number of highly educated teachers is small.The teacher’s specialization is slightly different from the program being taught.3.From the perspective of physical education teachers’ understanding of calisthenics,most physical education teachers believe that it is necessary to carry out calisthenics,they affirm the value of calisthenics to middle school students,and also recognize the role of calisthenics in students’ active participation in physical exercise.Some teachers are not very satisfied with the calisthenics-related teaching venue equipment in the school,and think that it does not meet the teaching needs.4.Yongfeng County,Ji’an City,does not know much about calisthenics,and most students do not have a deep understanding,which shows that calisthenics is not carried out or involved in some school physical education classes.5.Among the students surveyed,many students like and are willing to participate in the study of calisthenics,but there are not many students who really participate in and learn calisthenics,they do not have special courses to learn calisthenics,but a few students have participated in aerobics teams and aerobics clubs.The following countermeasures are proposed for the current problems of aerobics in junior high schools in Yongfeng County,Ji’an City:1.carry out the relevant policies,update the education teaching idea2.write unified teaching material,reasonable allocation of teaching content3.strengthen the importance of aerobics,increase the intensity of organization,reasonably increase capital investment4.strengthen the construction of aerobics teachers,strengthen the teachers’ training efforts5.improve the content of the assessment,optimize the evaluation system of aerobics teaching6.create a learning atmosphere,strengthen the training of extracurricular activities... |
